【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,科学技术不断突飞猛进地发展,尤其近些年来,科技发展已经渗透到了普通人生活的方方面面,与此同时,随着教育水平的不断提高,国民的基本素养也在不断提升,在这个信息大爆炸的时代,信息的传递变得越来越迅速。这在很大程度上推动了图书馆转变,不论是从图书馆的角色定位,还是其服务理念,又或者针对其业务重点都在与时俱进地发展和更新。在这样的环境形势下,图书馆应当积极转变其服务理念,逐步将陈旧的"以书为本"观念转变为"以人为本"。而作为学术研究,图书馆借用新媒体来服务广大师生乃至社会群众,用户的体验情况重要性凸显,因而高校图书馆新媒体服务越来越受到学者们的关注。而同时微信凭借其庞大的QQ群体用户,以其成本低廉、方便快捷、互动性强、受众易接受等众多优点,迅速占领亚洲区域的即时通讯市场。微信和微信平台充分考虑用户的使用习惯,其功能不断更新迭代,服务内容越来越精细,这促使了微信用户数量的飞速增长,因此也受到越来越多的人关注。高校图书馆与时俱进,在传统服务方式的基础上利用微信在服务领域的方便和优点,纷纷开通图书馆微信服务。高校图书馆微信为广大高校师生获取图书馆馆藏资源提供了一个高效便捷的途径,为在校师生提供了个性化服务的重要渠道。为了重新审视图书馆微信服务质量与其投入所带来的效益,并为图书馆微信平台建设如何吸收更多用户群体提供科学决策依据,对其微信平台的使用和服务情况进行调查是高校图书馆微信未来发展所必不可少的研究内容。本文共分为七个部分:第一部分论述了研究背景及意义,国内外研究现状,并且介绍了研究内容和方法等;第二部分简要介绍了论文相关理论概念,并分析了高校图书馆微信平台的特点;第三部分讲述了安徽省高校图书馆微信平台的使用现状,主要包括平台的开通与使用情况,平台的宣传与推广情况以及服务内容的相关设置情况三个方面;第四部分对安徽省内三所高校图书馆(中国科学技术图书馆、安徽大学图书馆、安徽农业大学图书馆)微信平台的服务内容做出具体分析,通过设计问卷,选取这三所学校图书馆微信用户作为样本,分析三所高校图书馆微信用户在使用过程中的体验情况;第五部分根据上文内容,并依据问卷结果总结出安徽省内高校图书馆微信公众平台存在的不足,分析了其中的原因;第六部分针对问题和不足提出相应的对策;第七部分主要是对本研究的总结。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, science and technology have been developing by leaps and bounds, especially in recent years, the development of science and technology has permeated every aspect of ordinary people's life, at the same time, with the continuous improvement of educational level, National basic literacy is also improving, in this era of information explosion, the transmission of information has become more and more rapid. To a great extent, it promotes the transformation of the library, whether from the role orientation of the library, its service concept, or in view of its business emphases, it is developing and renewing with the times. Under such circumstances, libraries should actively change their service concept and gradually change the old concept of "book-based" into "people-oriented". As academic research, libraries borrow new media to serve teachers and students and even the masses of society, and the experience of users is of great importance. Therefore, the new media services of university libraries are paid more and more attention by scholars. At the same time, with its huge QQ users, WeChat quickly occupied the instant messaging market in Asia because of its low cost, convenience, strong interaction, easy acceptance and so on. WeChat and WeChat platforms take full account of users' usage habits, their functions are constantly updated and iterated, and the content of the services becomes more and more sophisticated, which promotes the rapid growth of the number of users of WeChat, and thus attracts more and more attention. The university library keeps pace with the times. On the basis of the traditional service mode, using the convenience and advantage of WeChat in the service field, it opens the library WeChat service one after another. University library WeChat provides an efficient and convenient way for teachers and students to obtain library collection resources and provides an important channel for individualized service for teachers and students. In order to re-examine the service quality of the library WeChat and the benefit brought by its input, and provide scientific decision basis for the construction of the library WeChat platform how to absorb more user groups. It is necessary to investigate the use and service of WeChat platform in the future development of university library WeChat. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part discusses the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, and introduces the research content and methods. The third part describes the current situation of the use of the WeChat platform in Anhui Province, including the opening and use of the platform. The promotion and promotion of the platform and the service content related to the establishment of three aspects. The fourth part of the three university libraries in Anhui Province (China Science and Technology Library, Anhui University Library, Anhui University Library), The service content of the WeChat platform of Anhui Agricultural University Library is analyzed concretely. Through designing questionnaire, the users of WeChat in the three university libraries are selected as samples to analyze the experience of the users in the process of using WeChat in the three university libraries. The fifth part according to the above content and the questionnaire result summarizes the Anhui university library WeChat public platform existence insufficiency, has analyzed the reason among them, the sixth part proposed the corresponding countermeasure to the question and the insufficiency; The seventh part is the summary of this study.
