These kind of systems is alsocalled “System of Sytems”(SoS). Designing an SoS is a challenging work for its large-scales plex interactivity. It is very necessary to design an e?cient and correctmodel before the implementation because the real SoS can be extremely expensiveand very hard to be tested. In this paper we are going e up with a method fordesigning an e?ective and reliable model. Then we can improve the model by runningsimulations on this model and analyzing it.According to our method, to model an SoS, we need three steps:?Step 1: We use SysMLto build a static model. SysMLhas a very strong ability todescribe plicated system. We can use the Requirement Diagram to analyzethe requirement. We can use the Block De?nition Diagramto pose the SoSinto several main parts. And we can use Activity Diagram/Sequence Diagram todescribe the inner structure of the modules of the sub-systems.?Step 2: We then transform the static model into an executable model. Here weextended the UML/SysMLActivity Diagram to record the time properties. Thenthe extended activity diagram can be transformedinto Timed Coloured s(TCPN). To give a formal transformation, we de?
