基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素与整合应用研究

【摘要】:在信息技术巨大变革时期,工业化住宅发展存在瓶颈:信息化技术水平不高、工业化程度不够、产业化规模不足。如何利用基于建筑信息模型(BIM)工具的协同设计模式,提高工业化住宅开发过程中的综合运行效率,实现工业化住宅信息化、工业化、产业化发展的要求,是本研究的主要内容与目标。除了绪论和结论,论文分为三个部分,分别为基础理论研究、关键要素研究、系统整合模式与应用方法。首先,论文的绪论部分通过研究现状的分析,提出研究的内容,并初步阐述研究的方法、关键技术和思路。接着,论文的第二章至第三章对工业化住宅协同设计的基础理论作阐述:第二章对工业化住宅发展历程进行概述,对阻碍工业化住宅发展的原因进行分析,并指出其需要向制造业学习,工业化住宅设计模式需要转型——必须从线性走向协同,应该选择工业化住宅协同设计作为工业化住宅研究的切入点;第三章介绍了协同设计的基本观点与发展脉络,明确了工业化住宅协同设计的定义与特征,并总结了工业化住宅协同设计的支撑技术;第四章是关键要素及其重要性排序部分:首先通过文献评论与专家访谈确定了影响工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素,然后运用调查问卷搜集关键要素的基础数据,最后对数据分析,得出影响工业化住宅协同设计的最重要的五个关键要素及其重要性排序,作为下一步研究的基础。该部分内容使得工业化住宅协同设计的研究有了坚实的理论基础。论文的第五章至第七章对工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素进行系统阐述:第五章在整体上搭建了一个全面的基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计技术平台,制定了一个可扩展的基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计实施框架,并给出切实可行的实施路线;第六章在总结工业化住宅协同设计冲突检测的具体操作方法的基础上,提出了基于BIM技术的工业化住宅协同设计的冲突消解方法;第七章明确了工业化住宅部品BIM模型库的构建原则与管理流程。该部分内容是研究的技术基础。论文的第八章论述了工业化住宅协同设计的系统整合模式:研究提出了基于BIM和IPD的工业化住宅协同设计的系统整合模式,解决了工业化住宅全生命周期的协同设计问题,既是对研究第四章的结论中关于"全生命周期的协同设计"这个关键要素的解答,也是对所有关键要素的整合研究。这种系统整合模式将工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素整合在一起,形成了一个完整的系统方法论。论文的第九章在分析工业化住宅协同设计的内容、目标、工具的基础上,系统性地归纳了基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计的应用方法,旨在为工业化住宅项目的开发建设提供协同方法上的操作依据。最后是论文的结论部分,对研究工作做出总结,并对未来的研究工作进行展望。
[Abstract]:In the period of great change of information technology, there are bottlenecks in the development of industrialized housing: the level of information technology is not high, the degree of industrialization is not enough, and the scale of industrialization is insufficient.How to make use of the cooperative design mode based on BIM-based tools to improve the comprehensive operation efficiency in the course of the development of industrialized housing, and to realize the requirements of the informationization, industrialization and industrialization development of industrialized housing.It is the main content and goal of this study.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into three parts: basic theory research, key elements research, system integration model and application method.First of all, the introduction part of the paper through the analysis of the status quo, put forward the content of the study, and the preliminary elaboration of the research methods, key technologies and ideas.Then, the second chapter to the third chapter of the industrial housing collaborative design of the basic theory described: the second chapter of the industrial housing development process is summarized, the reasons that hinder the development of industrial housing are analyzed.It also points out that it needs to learn from the manufacturing industry, and the design pattern of the industrialized residence needs to be transformed-from the linear to the cooperative, and the cooperative design of the industrialized residence should be chosen as the breakthrough point of the research of the industrialized residence.The third chapter introduces the basic ideas and development context of collaborative design, defines the definition and characteristics of collaborative design of industrialized housing, and summarizes the supporting technology of collaborative design of industrialized housing.The fourth chapter is the key elements and their importance ranking part: first, through literature review and expert interviews to determine the key elements that affect the collaborative design of industrial housing, and then use the questionnaire to collect the basic data of the key elements.Finally, through the analysis of the data, the most important five key elements and the ranking of the importance of the collaborative design of industrial housing are obtained, which is the basis of the next research.This part makes the research of industrial housing collaborative design have a solid theoretical foundation.In the fifth chapter, the key elements of the collaborative design of industrial housing are systematically expounded. In the fifth chapter, a comprehensive collaborative design platform based on BIM is built.An extensible implementation framework of collaborative design of industrial housing based on BIM is established, and a feasible implementation route is given. Chapter 6 summarizes the concrete operation methods of conflict detection in collaborative design of industrial housing.The conflict resolution method of collaborative design of industrial housing based on BIM technology is put forward, and the construction principle and management flow of BIM model base of industrial residence are clarified in chapter 7.This part is the technical foundation of the research.The eighth chapter discusses the system integration mode of the industrial housing collaborative design: the system integration model of the industrial housing collaborative design based on BIM and IPD is proposed, which solves the problem of the industrial housing collaborative design in the whole life cycle.It is not only the answer to the key element of "collaborative design of the whole life cycle" in the conclusion of the fourth chapter, but also the research of the integration of all the key elements.This system integration model integrates the key elements of industrial residential collaborative design and forms a complete system methodology.In the ninth chapter, based on the analysis of the contents, objectives and tools of the collaborative design of industrial housing, the author systematically summarizes the application methods of collaborative design of industrial housing based on BIM.The purpose of this paper is to provide the cooperative operation basis for the development and construction of industrial housing projects.The last part is the conclusion of the paper, the research work is summarized, and the future research work is prospected.
