【摘要】：思想政治工作在IT企业不断壮大的进程中扮演着关键的作用，它是推动企业健康而稳定发展的前提标准，同时，它也是落实“以人为本”观念的基础。就目前来讲，，IT企业发展速度迅猛，在企业中有较大一部分员工为年轻人，所以，IT企业要充分发挥思想政治工作的作用，培养员工科学的人生观、世界观和价值观，同时也要更好的为我国的现代化、信息化建设服务。本文以思想政治工作的基本理论与内容为指导，通过对大连市部分IT企业进行问卷调查，参考各类文献等多种方法，研究目前我国IT企业思想政治工作的状况、取得的成绩以及存在的问题，并分析了应对的对策。首先，本文分析了IT企业的行业特殊性，论证了IT企业思想政治工作的必要性及基本内容，从总体上对IT企业思想政治工作进行概述。其次，本文从IT企业思想政治工作的现状入手，总体描述IT企业思想政治工作已做出的成绩，同时，根据问卷调查的结果做出分析，找出当前IT企业思想政治工作中所存在的问题并进行了原因分析。最后，本文运用思想政治工作的理论与IT企业具体实际的状况相结合，通过问卷调查分析出的存在问题给与相应的解决对策，从社会层面、企业自身管理层面和企业员工自身层面进行详细说明加强和改进IT企业思想政治工作的策略。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political work plays a key role in the growing process of IT enterprises. It is a precondition standard for promoting healthy and stable development of enterprises. At the same time, it is also the basis for implementing the concept of "people-oriented". At present, IT enterprise rapid development, in the enterprise in a large part of the staff for the young people, therefore, IT enterprises should give full play to the role of Ideological and political work of staff training, scientific outlook on life, world outlook and values, but also to better service for the modernization and informatization construction in china. In this paper, the basic theory and content of Ideological and political work as a guide, through a questionnaire survey of IT enterprises in Dalian City, all kinds of methods such as literature research, the ideological and political work of IT enterprises in China, the achievements and existing problems, and analyzes the Countermeasures of coping.
