我国劳动模范职业精神及成因的质性研究

【摘要】：劳动模范是社会主义国家特有的产物,是马克思群众观实践的产物,他们是各行各业优秀的杰出人物的代表,是中国工人阶级的先锋代表。在他们身上所体现出的一种职业精神,值得社会公民尊敬和学习,中国经济的腾飞,需要一支高素质、高修养的劳动者,中国未来制造业的崛起,更需要更多具备职业精神的劳动者。但是劳动模范的职业精神是如何形成?是哪些原因促使他们具备了职业精神?希望从劳动模范群体中,得到可供经验的启示。基于以上的思考,本研究采取质性研究的方法,对劳动模范进行深入的访谈,紧紧围绕着劳动模范职业精神而展开,归纳出劳动模范职业精神形成的原因,以丰富有关职业精神的研究。本研究共设六章,每章的内容如下所示:第一章,绪论。介绍研究背景、国内和国外的研究综述、研究方案以及概念界定。第二章,关于方法的探讨。对本研究所需要的研究方法的讨论,分别为日常谈话法的探讨、对图像法的探讨,以及如何将这两种方法应用到本研究之中。第三章,劳动模范的职业生涯和职业精神个案研究。以职业生涯理论为基础,介绍在劳动模范的职业生涯中,其职业精神是如何凸显出来的,此外呈现出每位劳动模范职业精神。第四章,劳动模范职业精神形成的影响因素。分别从内部原因和外部原因着手,最后对内部原因和外部原因进行综合探讨,归纳出内、外部原因有哪些。第五章,结论与讨论。基于对劳动模范职业精神形成的影响因素,可得出他们职业精神形成的结论,并在此基础之上,展开讨论。第六章,研究反思与展望。对本研究进行反思,总结不足和欠缺之处,展望后续的研究。
[Abstract]:The labor model is the product of socialist countries, the product of Marx's mass view practice. They are representatives of outstanding figures from all walks of life and pioneers of the Chinese working class. A professional spirit embodied in them is worthy of respect and learning from social citizens. China's economic development needs a highly qualified and highly skilled laborer. The rise of China's future manufacturing needs more professionalism workers. But how does the working spirit of the labor model come into being? What causes them to have their professionalism? Based on the above thinking, this study adopts qualitative research methods, conducts in-depth interviews with labor models, focuses on the professional spirit of the labor models, and concludes the reasons for the formation of the work model spirit, so as to enrich the research on the professional spirit. There are six chapters in this study. The contents of each chapter are as follows: the first chapter, the introduction. The research background, domestic and foreign research review, research scheme and concept definition are introduced. The second chapter, the discussion of the method. The research methods discussed in this study are discussed daily conversation method, image method, and how to apply these two methods to this research. The third chapter is a case study of the career and professional spirit of the model labor model. On the basis of career theory, this paper introduces how professional spirit is manifested in the career of a model worker, and presents every professional spirit of a labor model. The fourth chapter, the influencing factors of the formation of the labor model professional spirit. From the internal and external reasons, the internal and external reasons are discussed, and the internal and external reasons are summed up. The fifth chapter, conclusion and discussion. On the basis of the influence factors on the formation of the model professional spirit of labor, the conclusion of their professional spirit is drawn and the discussion is carried out on this basis. The sixth chapter, research reflection and prospect. To reflect on the research, summarize the shortage and lack, and look forward to the follow-up research.
