【摘要】：国家软实力能否得以有效提升,关系到一国是否能利用自己的文化影响力对他国文化实现影响或渗透,从而争取更多的国际话语权。而意识形态决定了文化软实力的性质与方向,是文化的核心与灵魂,因为它反映出一国的执政理念与制度立场。意识形态能否实现有效主导,是一国软实力能否提升的关键所在。
[Abstract]:Whether the national soft power can be effectively promoted is related to whether a country can use its own cultural influence to influence or penetrate the culture of other countries , so as to strive for more international discourse power . The ideology determines the nature and direction of cultural soft power , and is the core and soul of culture , because it reflects the ruling idea and system position of a country . Whether ideology can achieve effective control is the key to whether a country ' s soft power can be promoted .
