从网络暴力谈网民道德培育

【摘要】：网络暴力是一种网络道德失范行为,它反映出网民在道德意识、道德情感、道德行为方面的偏差,反映了网民的道德失范。加强网络思想道德建设,培育网民道德,可以依据网络暴力反映出来的问题,提出有针对性的对策:一是澄清"虚拟"认知偏差,培养网民责任意识;二是发挥网络思政平台作用,引导网民道德情感;三是加强网络管理与监督,培育网民道德行为;四是发挥法律惩戒作用,约束网民行为失范。
[Abstract]:Network violence is a kind of network moral anomie behavior, which reflects the deviation of Internet users in moral consciousness, moral emotion, moral behavior, reflects the Internet moral anomie, and strengthens the network ideological and moral construction. The cultivation of netizens' morality can be based on the problems reflected by network violence, and put forward targeted countermeasures: first, to clarify the "virtual" cognitive bias, and to cultivate the netizens' sense of responsibility; The second is to play the role of network ideological and political platform to guide the moral feelings of Internet users; Third, strengthen the network management and supervision, cultivate the moral behavior of Internet users; Fourth, play the role of legal discipline, restrain the behavior of Internet users out of order.
