人类文明竞争演化的基本原则与中国国家战略构建

【摘要】：当前,中华民族整体上处于一个新的历史关节点,就中国本身而言,其发展经历了系统性的国家发展的不同阶段后,正在处于整个民族伟大复兴和构建新的国家治理形态的新的历史阶段中;而从外部而言,从技术角度,人类社会正在处于一个有史以来最为重大的技术转型与新阶段,其意义甚至远超于工业革命的意义;而从世界政治态势而言,整个世界政治态势的发展与演化亦到了一个新的阶段,新的世界格局正在形成。在这样的重大历史关节点,中国必须要构建一个完整的国家战略体系。其中的关键,是依然要清晰地明确人类文明竞争的基本原则,才能不被各种具有不同价值与利益导向的思潮所迷惑,失去正确的战略方向。本文指出了人类文明竞争演化的基本原则,分析了当前世界格局的新动向,提出了整个中国国家战略体系的基本原则。
[Abstract]:At present, the Chinese nation as a whole is at a new historical juncture. As far as China itself is concerned, its development has gone through different stages of systematic national development. Is in the new historical stage of the great rejuvenation of the whole nation and the construction of a new form of national governance; and from the external point of view, from a technological point of view, human society is in the midst of the most significant technological transformation and new stage in history. Its significance is even far greater than that of the Industrial Revolution. In terms of the world political situation, the development and evolution of the whole world's political situation has also reached a new stage, and a new world pattern is being formed. China must build a complete national strategic system. The key among them is to clearly clarify the basic principles of human civilization competition so as not to be confused by various trends of thought with different values and interests. This paper points out the basic principles of the competition and evolution of human civilization, analyzes the new trend of the present world pattern, and puts forward the basic principles of the whole national strategic system of China.
