加强思想政治教育对党的执政能力建设的作用

【摘要】：中国共产党执政60余年来，摆在其面前的主要任务之一就是提高党的执政能力，，能否提高党的执政能力关乎中国特色社会主义伟大事业的兴衰成败、关乎全面建成小康社会目标任没有松懈对提高其执政能力问题的探索，对此问题胡锦涛同志带领全党在党的十六届四中全增强紧迫感和责任感，牢牢把握加强党的执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设这条主线……”这样的论述。由此可见，提高党的执政能力是党的重要奋斗目标。思想政治教育不仅仅是一门科学，而且是我们党的政治优势，新中国成立以来，我党从来没有停止加强思想政治教育对提高党的执政能力的脚步，而且党的执政能力得到了大大提向、民族团结、社会主义核心价值观、生态道德等方面进行了创新。但是由于种种原因，思想政治教育工作仍然存在着一些不足与问题，这就不可避免地影响了思想政治教育作用的发挥，而且也一定程度上阻碍了党执政能力的提高。本文将从思想政治教育与执政能力以及党的执政能力建设的定义出发，去挖掘当前思想政治教育工作中存在的问题，从而根据问题去探索开展思想政治教育工作的新方式方法，力图从思想政治教育的体制机制、组织保障、群众基础、以及发挥作用的载体等方面找对策进行研究以使其更加有力地提高党的执政能力。
