思想引领的三种方式

【摘要】：主导性意识形态对多样化社会思潮的引领可归纳为三种方式:管制式引领、协商式引领、发展式引领。管制式引领是指以国家机关为后盾进行的具有强制性的、上对下的思想批判与控制。协商式引领是指面对面的、平等思想主体之间的交流、辩驳以及在此基础上求同存异。管制式引领与协商式引领都是针对主导意识形态与各种社会思潮的关系而言的,而发展式引领则主要是针对主导意识形态自身而言的,是立足于自身发展和自身魅力的榜样式引领。从逻辑和重要性来看,发展式引领优先于协商式引领,协商式引领又优先于管制式引领。管制式引领作为特殊时期之特殊手段,在采用时须十分慎重。
