现代社会治理视阈下的社会主义核心价值观基层培育探究

【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观是建设中国文化软实力的核心,推进社会主义核心价值观的基层培育是应对新的伟大斗争的现实要求,是凝聚人民意志和力量,应对社会思潮斗争和破解文化空心难题的必要举措。现代社会治理从突出人民主体地位、服务型政府建设、全面从严治党等方面为社会主义核心价值观的基层培育提供了路径可能。依托社会治理要坚持党的领导、发挥政府的服务性,围绕中心开展文化宣传,注重道德与法治的支撑共建,以社会综合教育和基层组织自治落实社会主义核心价值观的基层培育。
[Abstract]:The socialist core values are the core of building the soft power of Chinese culture. To promote the cultivation of socialist core values at the grass-roots level is the realistic requirement to deal with the new great struggle and to rally the will and strength of the people. To deal with the social ideological struggle and to solve the cultural hollow problems necessary measures. Modern social governance from highlighting the status of the main body of the people, service-oriented government construction, Comprehensive and strict administration of the Party and other aspects have provided a path to the cultivation of socialist core values at the grass-roots level. Relying on social governance, we should adhere to the leadership of the Party, give play to the service of the government, and carry out cultural propaganda around the center. We should pay attention to the support of morality and rule of law, and carry out the basic cultivation of socialist core values by social comprehensive education and the autonomy of grass-roots organizations.
