【摘要】：社会思潮是在一定时期内反映一定阶级、阶层或群体的现实利益诉求的社会意识过程,它是一定思想理论和社会心理的综合,在一定程度上体现了意识形态的发展变化。对社会思潮进行引领,就是要使多样化的社会思潮在主导意识形态的引导和规范下,改变其传播方式、发展方向和社会功能,朝着主导意识形态确立的方向转化和流变。用主导意识形态对多样化的社会思潮进行引领,可以有效抵制各种社会思潮特别是错误思潮对主导意识形态的冲击和消解,形成社会思想共识,凝聚社会力量,促进社会进步。由其自身发生发展的规律所决定,作为一种社会意识过程的社会思潮,一般都会经历萌芽、成型、发力和消落等四个阶段,因此,对于社会思潮的引领也必然体现为与这四个阶段相对应的系统过程。在社会思潮发生发展的过程中,多种因素都会综合发力,既共同作用于整个过程,又在每一阶段各自发挥作用。其中,萌芽阶段知识分子的学术思想、成型阶段人际传播和大众传媒的信息扩散、发力阶段理论自身的创新和批判、消落阶段人民群众利益的实现和维护等是最为主要的因素。把对社会思潮的引领作为一个过程,既需要考察影响社会思潮发展变化过程中的整体性因素,又需要把握在每一阶段发生作用的主要因素,有针对性地进行重点引领。萌芽阶段的引领,主要针对知识分子在社会思潮流变中所扮演的角色,既要加强对他们的教育引导,又要进行区别对待,引导他们以主导意识形态为准绳,充分发挥积极作用。成型阶段的引领,主要是在马克思主义新闻观、宣传观和舆论观的指导下,牢固掌握宣传思想阵地的领导权、管理权和话语权,不断创新宣传思想工作的理念和方法,以巩固主导意识形态的宣传思想阵地。发力阶段的引领,主要是在把握社会思潮多种呈现形式以及内在本质的前提下,针对多样化社会思潮之间的交锋以及它们对主导意识形态所造成的冲击和消解,通过推进主导意识形态自身的理论创新,增强对于错误社会思潮的批判力,从而有效引领多样化的社会思潮。消落阶段的引领,主要针对社会思潮可能出现的不同消落方向,积极回应和解答重大理论和现实问题,做好民生建设工作,实现和维护人民群众的现实利益,让他们既从理论上又从实践中感受到主导意识形态所具有的说服力和吸引力,从而增强他们对主导意识形态的认同感,自觉抵制多样化社会思潮尤其是错误思潮的影响。
[Abstract]:The social trend of thought is a process of social consciousness that reflects the realistic interests of a certain class, stratum or group within a certain period of time. It is a synthesis of certain ideological theories and social psychology. To a certain extent, it reflects the development and change of ideology. To guide the social trend of thought, it is necessary to change the way of dissemination, the direction of development and the social function of the diversified social trend of thought under the guidance and standardization of the leading ideology. We can effectively resist the impact and deconstruction of various social trends of thought, especially the erroneous trend of thought, if we use the leading ideology to lead the diversified social ideological trend.
