公民道德视阈下私德建设的困境及对策研究

【摘要】：公民道德规范是一个国家所有公民必须遵守和履行的道德规范的总和。公民道德建设要坚持以为人民服务为核心,以集体主义为原则,以爱祖国、爱人民、爱劳动、爱科学、爱社会主义为基本要求,以社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德为着力点。公民道德建设是社会主义市场经济健康发展的要求,也是社会可持续发展的客观要求,更是实现社会和谐的客观要求。公德和私德是市场经济发展下公民道德建设的一体两面。社会主义公德教育是提高社会主义精神文明程度的一项基础性工作,而私德不仅仅是个人生活中重要的道德品质,而且在人们的社会生活中占有重要的地位。改革开放以来,随着市场经济的不断发展和利益关系的不断变化,人们的物质生活得到了飞速的发展和极大满足的同时,精神文明建设也及时的跟进,公民道德建设不断迈出新的步伐。但是同时,在一定程度上出现了忽视私德教育的倾向。在中国社会各个领域中,也出现了由于私德的缺乏而造成的公民道德建设的困境。这主要表现为利益多元化与公民私德的困境、制度的公正与官员私德的困境、大众文化背后公民私德的困境以及现代消费生活方式与公民私德的困境。造成公民道德建设中私德建设困境的原因是多方面的,主要包括市场经济的发展给公民道德教育带来的新的挑战；政治生活的变迁和文化多元的转型对公民私德的影响以及网络对公民私德建设的影响等。走出公民道德建设中私德建设的困境,必须加强私德教育,坚持正确的价值导向；提倡道德赏罚,加强社会管理；加强舆论引导,优化道德环境；加强制度建设,提供制度保障；重视道德责任,加强公民个体修养。
[Abstract]:Civic morality is the sum total of the moral norms that all citizens of a country must abide by and fulfill. Citizens' moral construction should adhere to the principle of serving the people as the core, collectivism as the principle, love the motherland, love the people, love labor, love science, To love socialism as the basic requirement, to focus on social morality, professional ethics, and family virtue. The construction of civic morality is the requirement of the healthy development of the socialist market economy and the objective requirement of the sustainable development of society. It is also an objective requirement for the realization of social harmony. Public morality and private morality are two sides of citizen moral construction under the development of market economy. Socialist public morality education is a basic work to improve the level of socialist spiritual civilization. Private morality is not only an important moral quality in personal life, but also plays an important role in people's social life. Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of the market economy and the continuous changes of interest relations, With the rapid development and great satisfaction of people's material life, the construction of spiritual civilization has also been followed in time, and new steps have been taken in the construction of civic morality. But at the same time, To a certain extent, there has been a tendency to ignore the education of private morality. In all fields of Chinese society, there has also been a dilemma in the construction of civic morality caused by the lack of private morality. This is mainly manifested in the dilemma of diversification of interests and private morality of citizens. The justice of the system and the plight of the private morality of the officials, the predicament of the private morality of the citizens behind the popular culture and the predicament of the modern consumption life style and the private morality of the citizens are various reasons for the difficulties in the construction of the private morality in the construction of the citizen's morality. It mainly includes the new challenge to citizen's moral education brought by the development of market economy. The changes of political life and the transformation of cultural diversity have an impact on the private morality of citizens and the influence of the network on the construction of private morality of citizens. To get out of the predicament of private moral construction in the construction of civil morality, we must strengthen the education of private morality and adhere to the correct value orientation. We should advocate moral reward and punishment, strengthen social management, strengthen public opinion guidance, optimize moral environment, strengthen system construction, provide system guarantee, attach importance to moral responsibility and strengthen individual cultivation of citizens.
