传统家风的传承困境与出路研究

【摘要】：产生于中国传统社会的家风,是一个家庭或家族在社会生活实践中形成的较为稳定的用以治理家庭或家族、教育子孙后代的价值取向和行为规范。传统家风具有教化性、潜移默化性、多样性、传承性等特征,具有涵养个体道德、调和家庭、兴旺家族、维护社会稳定的作用。繁盛于封建社会的传统家风不可避免地带有封建纲常礼教的糟粕,但其蕴含的优秀思想亦是显而易见的。这些优秀思想在当代对于提升个体道德修养、增进家庭关系的和谐、推动党风政风的清正廉洁、涵养社会主义核心价值观具有重要的指导作用和借鉴意义。传承和发展传统家风是弘扬中华传统美德、构建文明和谐社会的必然要求。但是,由于近代西方文化对中国传统文化的冲击、个体主义的盛行、市场经济的深入发展、家庭结构的变迁,致使传统家风的传承和发展面临着一系列的困境。近代西方文化对中国传统文化的冲击,致使传统家风的生存土壤受到破坏;个体主义的盛行致使传统家风的基础受到侵袭;经济理性的入侵致使传统家风的优秀内容受到挤压;家庭结构的变化致使家风传承方式逐渐弱化。正是在多种原因的复杂交织下,导致传统家风在当代的传承面临着传承意识薄弱、传承方式式微、优秀思想被冷落的巨大困境。面对传统家风在传承中遇到的困境,不仅需要从加强家族情感认同、营造良好舆论环境和社会环境来增强传承传统家风的意识;更加需要从与学校教育相结合、与社区和农村活动相联系、鼓励修订新型家训家规的角度来丰富传统家风的传承方式;而且更为重要的是,需要在以历史性诠释为前提、以综合性创新为手段、以切中现实为原则的基础上来创造性转化传统家风的优秀思想。
[Abstract]:The family style which originated from the Chinese traditional society is a stable family or family formed in the practice of social life to govern the family or the family, to educate the value orientation and the behavior standard of the future generations. The characteristics of imperceptibility, diversity, inheritance and so on have the function of conserving individual morality, reconciling the family, flourishing the family and maintaining social stability. The traditional style of family, which flourished in the feudal society, inevitably had the dross of the feudal code of ethics. However, the outstanding ideas contained in them are also obvious. These excellent thoughts are in the contemporary era for the promotion of individual moral cultivation, the promotion of harmony in family relations, and the promotion of a clean and clean style of party conduct and government work. The cultivation of socialist core values has an important guiding role and reference significance. Inheriting and developing the traditional style of family is the inevitable requirement to carry forward the Chinese traditional virtues and build a civilized and harmonious society. Because of the impact of modern western culture on Chinese traditional culture, the prevalence of individualism, the deep development of market economy, and the changes of family structure, As a result, the inheritance and development of traditional family style are facing a series of dilemmas. The impact of modern western culture on Chinese traditional culture, the destruction of the survival soil of traditional family style, the prevalence of individualism, the invasion of the foundation of traditional family style; Because of the invasion of economic rationality, the excellent content of the traditional style of family is squeezed, and the change of family structure gradually weakens the way of passing on the family style. As a result, the traditional family style in the contemporary inheritance is faced with a weak sense of inheritance, the way of inheritance is declining, and the excellent thoughts are neglected. In the face of the difficulties encountered in the inheritance of the traditional style of family, it is not only necessary to strengthen the family emotional identity, but also to strengthen the emotional identity of the family. Create a good public opinion environment and a social environment to enhance the awareness of passing on the traditional style of family; more importantly, it is necessary to link up with school education and with community and rural activities. Encouraging the revision of new family rules to enrich the traditional ways of passing on the family style; and, more importantly, the need to use historical interpretation as a prerequisite and comprehensive and innovative means, On the basis of realistic principle, we can creatively transform the excellent thought of traditional style of home.
