价值自信:国家话语能力提升的精神支点

【摘要】：当代中国,价值自信具有丰富的内涵逻辑,是人民精神面貌的重要体现,如今,中国人民在中国价值的指引下不断创造奇迹,中国价值的能量受到世界瞩目,值得我们继续坚守、创新和弘扬。文化强国战略下,国家话语能力的提升要以价值自信作为精神支点,这既有助于激活中国价值精髓和促动价值自觉,也有助于在国际交往中彰显中国的文化软实力。在价值自信视阈下探索国家话语能力提升的内在逻辑,发现其是价值自觉与价值自信的统一,新时期又迎合了回应世界话语诉求的衍生逻辑,在具体实践中,要坚持把握民族化、世界化、时代化和发展化四个维度,坚持价值自觉,坚定价值自信,不断提升国家话语的内聚力、破解力、创新力和生命力。
[Abstract]:In contemporary China, value confidence has rich connotative logic and is an important embodiment of the people's spiritual outlook. Nowadays, the Chinese people continue to create miracles under the guidance of Chinese value, and the energy of China's value attracts the attention of the world. Under the strategy of cultural power, the promotion of national discourse ability should take value confidence as the spiritual fulcrum, which is helpful to activate the essence of Chinese value and promote value consciousness. It also helps to highlight China's cultural soft power in international exchanges. From the perspective of value confidence, it explores the internal logic of the improvement of national discourse ability, and finds that it is the unity of value consciousness and value confidence. In the new period, it caters to the derivative logic of responding to the demands of the world discourse. In the concrete practice, it is necessary to persist in grasping the four dimensions of nationalization, cosmopolitzation, epoch and development, persist in value consciousness, and strengthen value self-confidence. Constantly improve the cohesion, deciphering, innovation and vitality of national discourse.
