民营企业道德建设问题研究

【摘要】：民营企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，，为我国经济的增长和吸纳劳动就业发挥着重要的不可替代的作用，是加快我国社会主义和谐社会建设的重要推动力量。随着社会主义市场经济的发展，民营企业暴露出一系列的非经营道德行为，如诚信缺失、假冒伪劣、污染环境、损害员工合法权益等。这些不仅损害了企业声誉，影响了民营企业自身的生存和发展，而且在一定程度上扰乱了市场经济秩序，阻碍了整个社会的可持续健康发展。因而无论是从企业自身的微观角度还是从社会发展的宏观角度来看，民营企业道德建设问题研究都具有重要的理论和实践意义。论文采用文献研究、案例分析、多学科交叉等方法，对民营企业道德建设的相关问题进行探讨和分析。首先对国内外民营企业道德建设己有研究成果进行梳理和总结，进行了相关概念的界定并针对民营企业道德建设问题研究的理论依据予以概述，在此基础上分析了民营企业道德建设的重要意义；然后通过对我国民营企业重大道德失范事件的典型例证，剖析了民营企业道德建设的失范现象及其危害性，这些问题突出表现为制假售假、偷税漏税、劳资纠纷、污染环境等方面。究其原因，笔者分别从内部和外部两大方面加以阐述。内部原因与企业管理者的经营理念、员工的道德意识以及企业文化的重视程度相关，外部原因则与法律规制、社会舆论监督、消费者的影响有关。在明确影响民营企业道德建设制约因素的基础上，针对民营企业道德建设的对策进行了探讨。民营企业道德建设是一项系统工程，只有民营企业的内部建设和外部建设形成合力，做到统筹兼顾、突出重点，才能标本兼治，以促进企业的稳定、健康和可持续发展。论文紧扣民营企业道德建设与思想政治教育的内在联系和逻辑关系，以更新理念来拓展民营企业道德建设的新视角，充实内容来丰富民营企业道德建设的新内涵，完善方法来探索民营企业道德建设的新思路，优化环境来培育民营企业道德建设的新氛围，系统分析民营企业道德建设的策略。
[Abstract]:Private enterprises are an important part of our national economy, which plays an important and irreplaceable role in the growth of our economy and the absorption of labor and employment, and is an important driving force to accelerate the construction of a harmonious socialist society in our country.With the development of socialist market economy, private enterprises have exposed a series of non-business moral behaviors, such as lack of good faith, fake and shoddy, pollute the environment, damage the legitimate rights and interests of employees and so on.These not only damage the reputation of enterprises, affect the survival and development of private enterprises themselves, but also disturb the order of market economy to a certain extent, and hinder the sustainable and healthy development of the whole society.Therefore, the study on the moral construction of private enterprises is of great theoretical and practical significance both from the micro perspective of enterprises themselves and from the macro point of view of social development.This paper adopts the methods of literature research, case analysis, and multi-disciplinary crossing to analyze the related problems in the moral construction of private enterprises.To discuss and analyze.First of all, the domestic and foreign private enterprise moral construction has been sorted out and summarized, and related concepts are defined and the theoretical basis for the study of private enterprise moral construction is summarized.On this basis, this paper analyzes the important significance of the moral construction of private enterprises, and then analyzes the phenomenon and harmfulness of the moral construction of private enterprises through the typical examples of the major incidents of moral anomie in private enterprises in our country.These problems are characterized by counterfeiting, tax evasion, labor disputes, environmental pollution and so on.Investigate its reason, the author separately from inside and outside two big aspects to expound.The internal reasons are related to the management idea of the enterprise managers, the moral consciousness of the employees and the importance of the enterprise culture, while the external reasons are related to the legal regulation, the supervision of the public opinion and the influence of the consumers.On the basis of defining the restrictive factors affecting the moral construction of private enterprises, this paper probes into the countermeasures for the moral construction of private enterprises.The moral construction of private enterprises is a systematic project, and only the internal and external construction of private enterprises are in harmony with each other.In order to promote the stability, health and sustainable development of enterprises, we should take all factors into account and highlight the key points.In this paper, the inner relation and logic relation between the moral construction and the ideological and political education of the private enterprise are closely related, the new angle of view of the moral construction of the private enterprise is expanded by renewing the idea, and the content is enriched to enrich the new connotation of the moral construction of the private enterprise.To improve the methods to explore the new ideas of the moral construction of private enterprises, optimize the environment to cultivate the new atmosphere of the moral construction of private enterprises, and systematically analyze the strategy of the moral construction of private enterprises.
