大庆精神及其当代价值研究

【摘要】：大庆精神产生于新中国建国初期的石油会战时期,是我国老一辈石油人在环境极其艰苦的条件下的爱国精神和无私奉献精神的集中体现,更是中华民族精神的重要组成部分之一。与建国初期相比,当今社会的经济已经获得了飞速发展,人民生活质量得到质的飞跃。但是,在社会主义市场经济的条件下,人们的思想、精神生活却面临新的困扰和挑战。历史发展表明,不论在任何时代,一个国家、一个民族要想获得持续的发展、进步,优秀的民族精神和民族精神赋予的价值及思想道德是至关重要的条件。通过不断学习、发扬、传承中华民族的精神,随时代发展不断对其进行探索创新,以推动国家、民族的可持续发展,从而进一步实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,使中华民族永远屹立于世界民族之林。本文分三部分论述:第一章,主要论述了大庆精神的历史背景及其形成过程,对大庆精神形成的历史背景中的内部和外部环境进行梳理分析,阐述了大庆精神的形成过程;第二章,主要论述了大庆精神的主要内容及特点,总体可以将大庆精神中的主要内容概括为“爱国、创业、求实、奉献”,论述了大庆精神的主要特点,暨大庆精神所具有的先进性、时代性以及创新性;第三章,主要论述了大庆精神的历史作用及其当代价值,围绕大庆精神的当代价值开展研究,进行分析和梳理,论述了大庆精神是中华民族坚持走中国特色社会主义道路的具体体现,特别论述了当代中国的发展需要民族精神的支撑,而大庆精神正是我国石油工业不断发展的精神支柱。继承和发扬大庆精神,有利于中华民族文化的重建、有利于民族精神的培养、有利于正确人生观和价值观的树立、有利于民族创新精神的不断提高。大庆精神是马克思主义与中国实际国情的结合,在新中国的发展进程中,几代中国人不断学习、创新,大庆精神也伴随着时代的发展和社会的进步不断得到继承与发扬。大庆精神不仅对当时国家的建设有着重要的积极作用,同时也促进了中国人民思想境界、精神品质的不断提高,挖掘和传承大庆精神的当代价值是国家发展建设的需要。尤其是面对当代年轻人思想困惑等实际问题,在加强年轻人思想道德和综合素质培养的过程中,同样需要进一步继承和发扬大庆精神,进一步发挥其时代价值。
[Abstract]:The spirit of Daqing came into being during the petroleum battle in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is the concentrated embodiment of the patriotic spirit and selfless dedication of the older generation of petroleum people in the extremely difficult environment.It is also an important part of the Chinese spirit.Compared with the early days of the people's Republic of China, the economy has developed rapidly and the quality of people's life has made a qualitative leap.However, under the condition of socialist market economy, people's thinking and spiritual life are confronted with new troubles and challenges.The historical development shows that no matter in any time, no matter a country, a nation wants to obtain the sustainable development, the progress, the outstanding national spirit and the value which the national spirit endows with and the thought morals is the vital condition.Through continuous learning, carrying forward and inheriting the spirit of the Chinese nation, and constantly exploring and innovating the spirit of the Chinese nation with the development of the times, in order to promote the sustainable development of the country and the nation, Chinese Dream, who has further realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,Make the Chinese nation stand among the nations of the world forever.This paper is divided into three parts: the first chapter mainly discusses the historical background of Daqing spirit and its forming process, combs and analyzes the internal and external environment in the historical background of Daqing spirit formation, and expounds the forming process of Daqing spirit;The second chapter mainly discusses the main contents and characteristics of Daqing spirit, which can be summarized as "patriotism, entrepreneurship, truthfulness, dedication", and discusses the main characteristics of Daqing spirit.The third chapter mainly discusses the historical role of Daqing Spirit and its contemporary value, and carries out research, analysis and sorting around the contemporary value of Daqing Spirit.This paper discusses that the spirit of Daqing is the concrete embodiment of the Chinese nation's adherence to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, especially that the development of contemporary China needs the support of the national spirit, and that the spirit of Daqing is the spiritual pillar of the continuous development of China's petroleum industry.To inherit and carry forward Daqing spirit is beneficial to the reconstruction of Chinese culture, to the cultivation of national spirit, to the establishment of correct outlook on life and values, and to the continuous improvement of national innovation spirit.Daqing spirit is the combination of Marxism and China's actual national conditions. In the development process of New China, generations of Chinese people have been constantly learning, innovation, Daqing spirit with the development of the times and social progress has been constantly inherited and carried forward.Daqing spirit not only played an important role in the construction of the country at that time, but also promoted the ideological state of the Chinese people and the continuous improvement of the spiritual quality. It is the need of national development and construction to excavate and inherit the contemporary value of Daqing spirit.Especially in the face of contemporary youth ideological confusion and other practical problems, in the process of strengthening the cultivation of young people's ideological and moral and comprehensive quality, it is also necessary to further inherit and carry forward the spirit of Daqing, and further exert its value of the times.
