马克思交往理论视野下的思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展、社会的进步和科技的飞跃,交往日益成为贯穿人们经济、社会和文化生活的重要内容,成为人们普遍关注的问题,人们通过交往相互发挥作用,而交往也能体现出人们存在和发展的意义,思想政治教育更是离不开交往。以交往为视角探索构建交往性思想政治教育的新路径,开创思想政治教育的新境界,就理论来讲,有利于进一步完善思想政治教育的科学理论体系,进一步扩大研究工作的范围,深化研究工作的程度;就实践来讲,能够发挥思想政治教育工作的实效性,推动人的自由而全面发展。 所谓交往性思想政治教育,是指在实施思想政治教育的过程中,教育者和受教育者在主体间性原则的基础上,通过平等的对话和交流相互影响、相互激励、共同成长,不断提高思想政治素质,推动个人全面发展的教育实践活动。然而,在传统的思想政治教育过程中往往忽视交往的重要作用,存在着主体间性遮蔽、教育内容缺失、情感缺失、教育目标理想化和教育方法单一化的缺陷,导致思想政治教育弱效甚至失效。因此,,本文以马克思的交往理论为指导思想,采用文献研究、理论联系实际等方法在深入研究马克思交往理论的发展历程、基本内容、主要特征及其对思想政治教育的启示的基础上,将马克思的交往观纳入思想政治教育研究的视野,探索了构建交往性思想政治教育应坚持的4个原则,采用的5种方法,营造的3个环境,坚持的2种管理模式。在思想政治教育工作发展的过程中涌现出许多新型哲学观,交往性思想政治教育就是一个体现,它是一种进步,更是一种超越。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the progress of society and the leap of science and technology, communication has increasingly become an important part of people's economic, social and cultural life, and become a common concern. Communication can also reflect the significance of people's existence and development, and ideological and political education is inseparable from communication. From the point of view of communication, we should explore the new way to construct the communicative ideological and political education, create a new realm of ideological and political education, and, theoretically, be conducive to the further improvement of the scientific theoretical system of ideological and political education. Further expand the scope of research work, deepen the degree of research work, in practice, can give play to the effectiveness of ideological and political education work, promote the free and comprehensive development of human. The so-called communicative ideological and political education means that in the process of implementing ideological and political education, educators and educatees, on the basis of the principle of intersubjectivity, influence each other through equal dialogue and exchange, encourage each other and grow together. Constantly improve the ideological and political quality, promote individual all-round development of the educational practice. However, in the process of traditional ideological and political education, the important role of communication is often ignored, and there are defects such as inter-subjectivity shielding, lack of educational content, lack of emotion, idealization of educational objectives and simplification of educational methods. It leads to the weak effect of ideological and political education and even invalidation. Therefore, this article takes Marx's communication theory as the guiding ideology, uses the literature research, the theory and the practice and so on method in the thorough research Marx communication theory development course, the basic content, On the basis of its main characteristics and its enlightenment to ideological and political education, this paper puts Marx's concept of communication into the research field of ideological and political education, and probes into the four principles and five methods that should be adhered to in the construction of communicative ideological and political education. Create 3 environment, insist 2 kinds of management mode. In the course of the development of ideological and political education, many new philosophies have emerged. The communicative ideological and political education is a manifestation, it is a kind of progress, and it is a kind of transcendence.
