【摘要】：正政工干部的素质,是指从事思想政治工作的人员所必须具备的政治、思想、知识、能力和作风等方面的总和。企业思想政治工作如何,与企业政工干部的素质有关。随着企业改革的不断深入,企业的思想政治工作面对许多的新情况,企业政工干部素质也面临诸多的新要求,唯有自觉转变观念、主动改革创新方能适应当下的新常态。几个问题理论研究的深度不够。作为一名政工干部没有一定的政治理论基础怎么能发挥政治引领、加强思想建设呢?在实际工作中,有的人往往以
