政治说理与我国主流意识形态话语权提升

【摘要】：政治说理是统治阶级主动通过说理的方式,借由话语表达传递统治阶级的政治意识和思想主张的过程,目的是要达成统一的思想认识,维护既定的社会秩序。主流意识形态话语权是一个社会主流意识形态通过话语途径实现对社会思想整合与引领、对社会实践活动施加影响的能力和权力。二者都是统治阶级进行政治统治和社会治理的重要方式,二者之间存在着相互影响和促进的关系。而当前中国社会主流意识形态话语权不断受到挑战和威胁,其中重要的原因就是政治说理的普遍匮乏。为此,要通过在政府日常工作中、塑造社会整体说理氛围中、政治宣传中贯穿政治说理,推动主流意识形态话语权的提升。
[Abstract]:Political reasoning is the process by which the ruling class conveys the political consciousness and ideological ideas of the ruling class by means of discourse, the purpose of which is to achieve a unified ideological understanding and to maintain the established social order. The discourse right of mainstream ideology is the ability and power of a social mainstream ideology to integrate and lead social thoughts and exert influence on social practice through discourse. Both are important ways for the ruling class to govern politically and socially, and there is a mutual influence and promotion relationship between them. At present, the right to speak of mainstream ideology in China is constantly challenged and threatened, among which the main reason is the general lack of political reasoning. Therefore, in the daily work of the government, to shape the overall social reasoning atmosphere, political propaganda throughout the political reasoning, to promote the mainstream ideology discourse power.
