【摘要】：正在中华民族五千年文明史中,吕梁这块黄土地拥有不输于任何区域的传统资源和思想积累,经过不同民族的迁移与发展,创造了极其丰富的精神财富,这就是以人为本的主体精神、艰苦奋斗的自强精神、刚柔相济的坚韧精神、和而不同的包容精神、天人合一的人文精神。同时,吕梁作为著名的革命老区,在中国革命发展进程中具有重要的历史地位。新民主
