思想政治教育在当代社会管理中的作用

【摘要】：当前我国改革已进入深水区,各种社会关系错综复杂,以往摸着石头过河的做法很难解决好当前我国社会发展所面临的问题,社会建设需要有完善、科学的规章制度来促进社会的健康有序运行。针对新的社会发展形势我国提出了要在社会治理模式上由以往的单一社会治理模式向多方治理模式转变。发挥好各种社会自治组织的作用。目前现代社会管理模式在完美解决很多社会问题的同时,我们也应当看到它的不足之处,特别是我国长期以来的治理模式是侧重于“人治”为主、社会风俗习惯为辅的治理模式。思想政治教育在当代是一种能从根本上解决社会问题的管理方式,首先思想政治教育的以情动人的功能,在与教育客体的交流过程中能够以情感人,能通过潜移默化的教育引导,使社会成员从心底产生共鸣,进而接受管理,能使社会成员感受到尊严感和主体意识,其次在研究方法上主要是移思想政治教育的“情”于社会管理的“法”中去。在当代强调效率和效益的时代,任何一门理论学科都很难脱离经济利益方面的考核。如何使思想政治教育当代价值得到体现,是思想政治教育发展的关键问题。本文主要尝试找到思想政治教育与社会管理的价值结合点,使得两种学科各自价值得到交汇和升华。对思想政治教育在我国的社会管理中运行出现的一些问题进行认真的理论分析,并尝试找到解决问题的途径,使得思想政治教育这门在我国有着光荣传统的教育模式,在社会管理这个新的领域发挥作用,从而提升我国社会管理的方法和水平,推动中国特色社会治理模式的发展,形成中国特色的社会治理模式,使得社会管理在我国国家社会建设中发挥更大的作用。

First of all, ideological and political education has the moving function of emotion, which can be moved by emotion in the course of communicating with the object of education. Through the subtle educational guidance, the social members can resonate from the bottom of their hearts, and then accept the management, can make the social members feel the sense of dignity and the consciousness of the subject, Secondly, the research method is to transfer the "feeling" of ideological and political education to the "law" of social management. In the era where efficiency and efficiency are emphasized, it is very difficult for any theoretical subject to separate from economic interests. How to realize the contemporary value of ideological and political education is a key issue in the development of ideological and political education. This paper tries to find the value combination of ideological and political education and social management, so that the value of the two disciplines are intersected and sublimated. This paper makes a serious theoretical analysis of some problems that appear in the operation of ideological and political education in our country's social management, and tries to find a way to solve the problem, so that ideological and political education has a glorious traditional educational mode in our country. To play a role in the new field of social management, thereby enhancing the method and level of social management in China, promoting the development of the social governance model with Chinese characteristics, and forming a social governance model with Chinese characteristics.
