思想政治教育政策系统研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育政策是政党、国家对公民思想、政治、道德要求的具体体现，是指导思想政治教育过程开展的基础和前提，，统领思想政治教育的整个过程。思想政治教育政策不仅是政策文件本身，而是通过思想政治教育政策主体、思想政治教育政策客体、思想政治教育政策环境、思想政治教育政策制定、思想政治教育政策执行、思想政治教育政策评估和思想政治教育政策质量保障体系来表达并实现其思想政治教育政策目标和价值的相互联系与相互作用的政策系统。本课题研究系统地对思想政治教育政策在思想政治教育学科的科学发展和思想政治教育工作实践的有效应用的核心与基础性地位予以科学、全面地分析和论证，进而实现更科学地制定思想政治教育政策、更切实地执行思想政治教育政策、更有效地评估思想政治教育政策，从而促进思想政治教育政策及其指导下的思想政治教育理论与实践更加科学化。
[Abstract]:The policy of ideological and political education is the concrete embodiment of the political parties and the state's demands on the citizens' ideological, political and moral requirements. It is the basis and premise of guiding the process of ideological and political education, and it dominates the whole process of ideological and political education. Ideological and political education policy is not only the policy document itself, but also through the subject of ideological and political education policy, the object of ideological and political education policy, the policy environment of ideological and political education, the formulation of ideological and political education policy, and the implementation of ideological and political education policy. Ideological and political education policy evaluation and ideological and political education policy quality assurance system to express and achieve its ideological and political education policy objectives and values of the mutual relationship and interaction of the policy system. This paper systematically analyzes and demonstrates the scientific development of ideological and political education policy in the scientific development of ideological and political education discipline and the core and basic status of effective application of ideological and political education work practice. In order to achieve more scientific formulation of ideological and political education policies, more effective implementation of ideological and political education policies, and more effective evaluation of ideological and political education policies, So as to promote the ideological and political education policy and the guidance of ideological and political education theory and practice more scientific.
