国家安全视域下意识形态建设中的“守”与“为”

【摘要】：在总体国家安全观视域下,经济安全是基础,政治安全是根本,而政治安全的实质就是意识形态的安全。伴随着全球化、网络化及国际形势的剧烈变动,多元价值观、各种理论对意识形态领域渗透的影响力和冲击力不可小觑。国内全面深化改革面临的矛盾问题、社会阶层的分化和固化以及信仰教育的弱化,使意识形态建设面临严峻挑战。意识形态建设必须做到"守"与"为"的统一:"守"得坚定彻底才能增强定力、不忘初心,"为"得切实有效才能指导实践、引领未来,最终以意识形态安全巩固国家政治安全。
[Abstract]:In the view of overall national security, economic security is the basis, political security is the fundamental, and the essence of political security is ideological security. With the drastic changes of globalization, network and international situation, the influence and impact of multiple values and theories on ideological field can not be underestimated. The contradiction of deepening the reform in our country, the differentiation and solidification of social stratum and the weakening of faith education make the construction of ideology face severe challenge. The construction of ideology must achieve the unity of "guarding" and "for": only by being firm and thorough, can we strengthen our determination, not forget our initial ideals and aspirations, and "we must be practical and effective in order to guide practice, lead the future, and finally consolidate national political security with ideological security".
