用道德的力量引领企业风尚

【摘要】：正“道德讲堂”,顾名思义就是传播道德、弘扬道德、践行道德的教育实践活动,它既是企业深化文明单位建设的前沿阵地,更是提高企业员工道德素质的有效平台。作为连续四届被中央文明委授予“全国文明单位”称号的国有供电企业,国网浙江绍兴供电公司早于2012年8月开始就严格按照中央文明委的统一部署和要求,在绍兴市文明单位中首批开展“道德讲堂”建设,经过近五年的不断深化和完善,初步形成了具有绍兴电力特色的典型做法。

As a state-owned power supply enterprise that has been awarded the title of "National civilized Unit" by the Central Commission of Civilization for four consecutive sessions, the Zhejiang Shaoxing Power supply Company of the State Network began to strictly comply with the unified arrangements and requirements of the Central Commission of Civilization as early as August 2012. The construction of "moral lecture hall" in the civilized units of Shaoxing City was first carried out. After five years of continuous deepening and improvement, a typical practice with the characteristics of Shaoxing electric power was initially formed.
