中央企业领导干部职业道德建设研究
[Abstract]:The professional ethics of leading cadres is the code of moral behavior that leaders must abide by when they use public power to organize, coordinate, manage and lead the work of public affairs. In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way since the reform and opening up, we should strengthen the construction of the professional ethics of leading cadres of enterprises, especially those of central enterprises, so as to foster a good leadership atmosphere and guide a good style of work of cadres. It is of great significance to build a harmonious socialist society and perfect the socialist market economy. At present, most of the leading cadres of the central enterprises have good ideological and moral qualities and cultivation, and can consciously maintain the good image of the Party and the government, but there are also some leading cadres whose moral behavior is not standard. Therefore, it is an important task of our party's political work to strengthen the construction of the professional ethics of the central leading cadres. In the new period, we should ensure the construction of the professional ethics of the leading cadres of the central enterprises. It is of great significance to maintain the advanced nature of the Party, to build a harmonious socialist society, to consolidate the ruling position of the CPC, to effectively perform the duties of the leading cadres of the central enterprises, and to strengthen the construction of a clean and honest government for the leading cadres of the central enterprises. This paper is divided into four parts, which mainly use materialist dialectics, systematic analysis and literature research to study the construction of leading cadres' professional ethics in central enterprises. The first part mainly expounds the meaning of morality and professional ethics, analyzes the role of professional ethics, strengthens the moral construction of leading cadres in central enterprises is the national strategy of governing the country to the central enterprises, and is the key to the development and progress of the society. Its core is to establish the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. The second part briefly describes the content and necessity of the construction of leading cadres' professional ethics in central enterprises. The third part expounds the problems and causes of the construction of the leading cadres' professional ethics in the central enterprises. The leading cadres of the central enterprises should practice the communist morality, build the party for the public, govern for the people and serve the people wholeheartedly. This is a full demonstration of the influence of Chinese traditional morality, Marxist classics and generations of leading collectives of the Communist Party of China on the theory and practice of the moral construction of leading cadres. This paper analyzes objectively the present situation, existing problems and causes of moral construction of leading cadres in central enterprises. The fourth part expounds the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the leading cadres' professional ethics in the central enterprises under the condition of the socialist market economy, and perfects the inner-party supervision, the administrative supervision, the legal supervision, the people's supervision and the public opinion supervision. Thus resisting bureaucracy, hedonism, formalism and extravagance, leading cadres withstood the test of power, money and beauty.
