媒介融合对国有企业职工思想教育模式的消解与重构

【摘要】：以数字化、云计算为代表的传媒技术的进步,推动了传播模式的变革。以技术支持、内容生产、受众互动、形式感性为基本内容的媒介融合正逐步成为传媒业重要发展趋势。媒介融合的去中心化、虚拟化、信息化、快捷化等特点对传统职工思想教育模式产生了消解作用。这种现实情况促使国有企业从指导思想、价值引导、资源载体、队伍建设、传播方式等五个方面重构职工思想教育工作模式。
[Abstract]:The progress of media technology represented by digitization and cloud computing has promoted the transformation of communication mode. Media fusion, which is based on technical support, content production, audience interaction and perceptual form, is gradually becoming an important development trend of the media industry. The characteristics of media integration such as decentralization, virtualization, informatization and quickness have played a role in dispelling the traditional mode of ideological education for workers and staff. This realistic situation urges the state-owned enterprises to reconstruct the work mode of staff and workers' ideological education from five aspects: guiding ideology, value guidance, resource carrier, team building and communication mode.
