先秦儒家诚信思想对网络道德建设的启示

【摘要】：当今社会是信息网络社会,网络技术的飞速发展给人们的生活与工作带来了极大的便利,但互联网快速发展的同时也是泥沙俱下,出现了许多网络道德失范现象,对网络社会的健康发展提出了严峻的挑战。“诚信”是先秦儒家思想的重要概念之一,对中国传统文化有着广泛而又深远的影响。网络道德问题的滋生蔓延很大程度上源于网络主体诚信素质的缺失,本文试图从先秦儒家诚信思想中发掘对网络道德建设具有启示意义的内容,使其为当代网络道德建设提供新的理论视角。本文认真研究、发掘先秦儒家诚信思想的内在精神实质,利用文献法和分析归纳法的研究方法对先秦儒家诚信思想进行深入学习与整理,并对当代网络存在的道德问题进行分析,之后探讨出先秦儒家诚信思想对网络道德建设的启示。正文分为四个部分,第一部分是相关概念的介绍,作为文章的基础部分,介绍了“先秦儒家”、“诚信”、“网络道德”等概念。第二部分论述了先秦儒家诚信思想的基本内容。先秦儒家诚信思想萌芽于西周时期,在春秋战国时期形成并发展。主要阐述了《论语》、《大学》、《中庸》、《孟子》以及《荀子》中的诚信思想,先秦儒家认为诚信是立身之本、兴业之道、治国理政的根本。此外,论述了先秦儒家诚信思想的现代价值,诚信同样是现代社会与人交往的基石、各行业发展的准则,是定国安邦的保障,在网络虚拟社会中同样离不开诚信。第三部分包括网络道德存在的问题与根源分析两部分。由于网络防御技术滞后、网络监管力度不足等原因导致目前网络社会中出现诚信缺失等道德问题,主要表现为网络主体道德意识薄弱、沉溺网络导致人格扭曲、价值观出现偏差、网络违法犯罪等,网络道德问题与根源分析是进行网络道德建设的前提。第四部分论述了先秦儒家诚信思想对网络道德建设的启示。先秦儒家“人无信不立”思想启示我们应加强网络主体道德重塑,诚信教育思想启示我们道德教育在网络道德建设中具有重要作用。此外,先秦儒家诚信是道德意义上的诚信,强调网络主体的高度自律,具有一定的局限性。网络道德的建设还需要构建一个强有力的保障体系,通过完善法律法规、优化网络防御技术、健全网络信用体系,能够为网络道德建设提供一个全方位的保障体系,使其取得实质性进展。我国网络道德问题屡见不鲜,网络道德建设具有紧迫性。先秦儒家诚信思想在中华民族的不断发展中积淀形成,充分挖掘先秦儒家诚信思想,能够为当代网络道德建设提供有益借鉴,促进网络社会的健康发展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays the society is the information network society, the rapid development of network technology has brought great convenience to people's life and work, but at the same time, the rapid development of the Internet is also at the same time, there are many phenomena of network moral derangement. It puts forward a severe challenge to the healthy development of the network society. Honesty is one of the important concepts of pre-Qin Confucianism, which has a wide and far-reaching influence on Chinese traditional culture. The breeding and spreading of the network moral problem is due to the lack of the integrity quality of the network subject to a great extent. This paper attempts to explore the content of the network moral construction from the pre-Qin Confucian honesty and credit thought. So that it can provide a new theoretical perspective for the construction of contemporary network morality. This article carefully studies, excavates the inherent spirit essence of the pre-Qin Confucianism honesty thought, uses the literature method and the analysis induction method research method to carry on the in-depth study and the arrangement to the pre-Qin Confucianism honesty thought. This paper also analyzes the moral problems existing in the contemporary network, and then discusses the enlightenment of the Confucian honesty thought in the pre-Qin period on the construction of the network morality. The text is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction of related concepts, as the basic part of the article, introduced the concepts of "pre-Qin Confucianism", "good faith", "network morality" and so on. The second part discusses the basic content of the Confucian honesty thought before Qin Dynasty. Pre-Qin Confucian honesty thought sprouted in the Western Zhou Dynasty, formed and developed in the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period. This paper mainly expounds the honesty and credit thought in Analects of Confucius, University, the mean, Mencius and Xunzi. The pre-Qin Confucian thought that honesty is the foundation of building a body, the way of prosperity and the foundation of governing a country. In addition, this paper discusses the modern value of the Confucian thought of good faith in pre-Qin Dynasty. Honesty is also the cornerstone of modern society and human interaction, and the criterion of the development of various industries is the guarantee of the stability of the nation. In the virtual society of the network, it is also inseparable from honesty and credit. The third part includes two parts: the existing problems and the root causes of the network morality. Due to the lag of network defense technology and insufficient supervision of the network, moral problems such as lack of integrity and so on appear in the current network society, which are mainly manifested in the weak moral consciousness of the network subject, and the distortion of personality caused by indulging in the network. The deviation of values, the network illegal crime and so on, the network moral problem and the root analysis are the premise to carry on the network moral construction. The fourth part discusses the enlightenment of pre-Qin Confucianism's honesty and credit to the construction of network morality. The pre-Qin Confucian thought of "no man can't believe or not stand" enlightens us that we should strengthen the moral reconstruction of the network subject, and the honest education thought enlightens us that the moral education plays an important role in the construction of the network morality. In addition, the pre-Qin Confucian honesty is moral integrity, emphasizing the high degree of self-discipline of the network subject, has certain limitations. The construction of network morality also needs to construct a strong guarantee system. By perfecting the laws and regulations, optimizing the network defense technology and perfecting the network credit system, it can provide an all-round guarantee system for the construction of the network morality. To make substantial progress. The network moral problem of our country is common, the network moral construction has the urgency. The pre-Qin Confucian honesty thought formed in the continuous development of the Chinese nation, fully excavating the pre-Qin Confucian honesty thought, can provide a useful reference for the contemporary network moral construction, promote the healthy development of the network society.
