社会转型时期道德信仰的缺失与重建

【摘要】：道德信仰缺失是全球普遍面临的一个重大社会问题。随着社会生活的转型，道德信仰随之变化，面临着一个传统与现代并存、新旧交替、中西交融、碰撞与融合的转型过程。传统农业社会向现代工业社会转变，计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变对道德信仰建设提出新的要求。旧的道德信仰动摇，而新的道德信仰尚未确立。一部分人原有的精神支柱逐渐濒临坍塌，而新的精神支柱还没有确立起来，道德信仰处于缺失状态。市场经济社会中，人际交往中情感的、友情的因素逐渐弱化，，经济的、功利的因素正在增加，道德信仰庸俗化；科学技术突飞猛进导致很多人在无形中过分重视工具理性，逐渐否定了信仰的功用；部分官员信念丧失，职业道德败坏，贪污腐败；整个社会表现出对“善”的漠视和对“恶”的纵容。 道德信仰能够在道德信息发生冲突的情况下，通过整合道德认知、道德情感、道德意志和道德信念，为个体道德行为提供一种稳固的导向，从而排除错误的道德诱导，按自己内心的道德信念行动。道德信仰缺失有来自社会环境的影响，也有缺乏主导道德规范观念的原因。因此，新时期的道德信仰应当明确理想信念方向，既不能抛弃中国传统道德信仰精华和近代革命精神，又不能忽视公民日常物质利益需求和心理利益补偿需求，既要体现当下的现实性，又要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导。在道德教育内容和方法上，应该借鉴国外信仰教育经验，以道义和仁爱的力量来努力对人类生活和创造活动灌注一种人文关切。 信仰都是在一定的社会氛围中维系着，处于急剧的社会转型之中的我国，外来文化与本土文化相互影响，西方道德倡导的个体自主、个性自由发展等众多理论，使我们一贯坚持的集体主义道德信仰受到冲击。因此，重建我国新时期的道德信仰应当遵循知、情、意、行的规律，通过培养个体对道德规范的认知，营造环境以熏陶道德情感，并利用道德模范榜样示范以引导道德行为选择，以及建立道德信仰激励机制。无论从传统道德文化的历史影响里来看、还是从道德发展的演变规律来看，都不难发现，科学的社会环境氛围旨在潜移默化作用中建立信仰并承载文化的历史延续，是一种他律的表现。真正树立道德信仰，不仅需要维系信仰的外在支撑氛围，更重要的是个体在内心上需要道德、在情感上敬仰道德、在理智上坚信道德、在生活中践行道德自我教育，从而形成对社会主义道德的正确信仰。
[Abstract]:The lack of moral belief is a major social problem facing the whole world. With the transformation of social life, moral belief changes, facing a transformation process of coexistence of tradition and modernity, alternation of old and new, blending of Chinese and Western, collision and fusion. The transformation from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society and from planned economy to market economy puts forward new requirements for the construction of moral belief. The old moral belief wavered, while the new moral belief had not yet been established. Some people's original spiritual pillars are on the verge of collapse, while new spiritual pillars have not yet been established, and moral beliefs are in a state of imperfection. In the market economy society, the emotional and friendship factors in interpersonal communication are gradually weakening, the economic and utilitarian factors are increasing, and moral beliefs are vulgar; With the rapid development of science and technology, many people pay too much attention to instrumental rationality and gradually deny the function of belief, and some officials lose their faith, their professional ethics are corrupted, and they are corrupt. The whole society showed indifference to "good" and connivance to "evil". Moral belief can provide a solid direction for individual moral behavior by integrating moral cognition, moral emotion, moral will and moral belief in the case of conflict of moral information, thus eliminating wrong moral guidance. Act according to one's inner moral beliefs. The lack of moral belief has the influence from the social environment, but also has the reason of lacking the leading moral standard idea. Therefore, the moral belief in the new period should be clear about the direction of ideal and belief, which can not only abandon the essence of Chinese traditional moral belief and modern revolutionary spirit, but also ignore the daily material interests and psychological interests of citizens. It is necessary not only to reflect the present reality, but also to take the socialist core value system as the guidance. In the content and method of moral education, we should draw lessons from the experience of foreign faith education and try to infuse a humanistic concern into human life and creative activities with the power of morality and benevolence. Belief is maintained in a certain social atmosphere, in the rapid social transformation of our country, foreign culture and local culture influence each other, Western moral advocacy of individual autonomy, personality free development and many other theories, and so on. The moral beliefs of collectivism, which we have always adhered to, have been affected. Therefore, to rebuild the moral belief of our country in the new period, we should follow the law of knowing, feeling, meaning and action, cultivate the individual's cognition of moral norms and create the environment to edify the moral emotion. The moral model is used to guide the choice of moral behavior and to establish the incentive mechanism of moral belief. No matter from the historical influence of traditional moral culture, or from the evolution law of moral development, it is not difficult to find that the scientific social environment is aimed at establishing belief and carrying the historical continuation of culture in the process of imperceptibly changing the influence of social environment. It's a sign of heteronomy. To truly establish moral belief, we not only need to maintain the external supporting atmosphere of belief, but also, more importantly, individuals need morality in their hearts, respect morality emotionally, believe in morality rationally, and practice moral self-education in life. Thus forming a correct belief in socialist morality.
