新时期我国青年公务员思想政治教育工作初探

【摘要】：青年公务员是公务员群体中十分重要的组成部分,他们处于人生和职业生涯发展的起步阶段和关键的成长期,他们的思想政治状况影响着整个公务员群体的思想政治教育状况,对国家的行政、立法、司法部门的工作质量、效率、水准、成效有着重要的影响,因此,加强青年公务员的思想政治教育,对于升华和提高青年公务员思想素质、加强公务员队伍建设具有十分重要的意义,对于提高我国政治文明水平,发展社会主义政治有很大的作用。目前我国的青年公务员思想政治教育情况总体是好的,党和国家、机关单位非常重视,青年公务员亦自觉将马克思主义理论、社会主义理论结合到工作中,把责任感转化为实际工作中的责任心,在把为人民服务从理论上落实到具体工作,把思想上的公共服务意识转化为具体的服务能力,效果非常显著。但是随着社会的发展和进步,不可避免的会出现很多新情况新现象,如西方文化思想影响、消极的价值观、自我认知偏差所造成的内心焦虑、传统文化中的糟粕及庸俗官场文化的影响等多种因素也给青年公务员的思想政治教育工作带来一些难题。同时由于教育机制不完善、教育内容陈旧性、教育方式单一性等,青年公务员思想政治教育存在内容上缺乏针对性,方法上缺乏创新性,过程中缺乏规律性以及思想政治教育机制不完善。本文通过运用资料分析、特定群体问卷调查、部分青年公务员个案访谈等方法,对青年公务员思想政治教育的现实状况和出现的问题以及他们的诉求进行了资料整理和分析,对青年公务员思想政治教育的必要性和意义,青年公务员思想政治教育的目标内容,青年公务员思想政治教育过程中存在的问题,产生这些问题的原因。最后对加强青年公务员思想政治教育的途径、丰富青年公务员思想政治教育的内容进行了研究。
[Abstract]:Young civil servants are a very important part of the group of civil servants. They are in the initial stage of life and career development and the key growth period. Their ideological and political situation affects the ideological and political education of the whole group of civil servants. It has an important impact on the quality, efficiency, standard and effectiveness of the work of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the country. Therefore, strengthening the ideological and political education of young civil servants is to sublimate and improve the ideological quality of young civil servants. Strengthening the construction of civil servants is of great significance and plays an important role in improving the level of political civilization and developing socialist politics in our country. At present, the ideological and political education of young civil servants in our country is generally good. The party, the state, and the organs attach great importance to it. Young civil servants also consciously combine Marxist theory and socialist theory into their work. It is very effective to transform the sense of responsibility into the sense of responsibility in practical work, to carry out the service for the people in theory to the concrete work, and to transform the ideological public service consciousness into the concrete service ability. However, with the development and progress of society, there will inevitably be many new situations and new phenomena, such as the influence of western cultural thought, negative values and inner anxiety caused by self-cognitive deviation. The dregs in traditional culture and the influence of vulgar officialdom culture also bring some problems to the ideological and political education of young civil servants. At the same time, due to the imperfect educational mechanism, the old content of education, the singleness of educational methods, and so on, the ideological and political education of young civil servants is lack of pertinence and innovation in methods. There is a lack of regularity and the mechanism of ideological and political education is not perfect in the process. By using the methods of data analysis, questionnaire survey of specific groups and interviews with some young civil servants, this paper collates and analyzes the realistic situation and problems of ideological and political education of young civil servants, as well as their demands. The necessity and significance of ideological and political education for young civil servants, the target content of ideological and political education for young civil servants, the problems existing in the process of ideological and political education for young civil servants, and the causes of these problems. Finally, the ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of young civil servants and enrich the contents of ideological and political education of young civil servants are studied.
