【摘要】：本文根据信息构建理论研究了图书馆问答社区的构建问题,构建了适合用户需求的知识服务平台,为图书馆提供了网络环境下新的在线服务方式。首先,从Alexa全球排名前500位的网站中筛选出优秀问答社区网站,对比研究了国内外问答社区的功能特点。通过对常用的优秀问答社区软件及特征的调研分析,结合图书馆参考咨询需求,探讨了图书馆互动问答社区的功能。最后,对图书馆问答社区的构建方法进行了研究与分析,成功构建了南京航空航天图书馆问答社区的网站雏形,对图书馆快速构建问答社区具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of information architecture, this paper studies the construction of Library Q & a community, constructs a platform for knowledge service that is suitable for users' needs, and provides a new online service mode for Libraries under the network environment. First, from the top 500 websites of the Alexa global ranking, the excellent QA community website was screened, and the functional characteristics of the quiz community at home and abroad were compared and studied. Through the investigation and analysis of the common excellent quiz community software and characteristics, the function of the interactive question answer community of the library is discussed in combination with the library reference demand. Finally, we studied and analyzed the construction method of the library Q & a community, and successfully constructed the website prototype of Nanjing air and space library Q & a community, which is instructive for the library to construct QQ community quickly.
