【摘要】：[目的/意义]作为新兴的健康服务模式,探究移动健康管理服务使用意愿的影响因素在Health 2.0时代具有重要意义。[方法/过程]在回顾移动健康管理服务和健康信息系统采纳的基础上,基于创新扩散的视角,构建了一个涵盖技术创新、社会影响和个体特质3个层面的移动健康管理服务的使用意愿模型,并通过问卷调查和结构方程模型方法对研究模型和假设进行实证检验。[结果/结论]研究表明:技术、社会和个体3个层面都对移动健康管理服务使用意愿有显著影响;按影响程度排序,依次是相容性、个体创新特质、社会规范、相对优势和自我效能;易用性和隐私顾虑并未对移动健康管理服务的使用意愿产生显著影响,表明目前移动健康管理服务的简单化和初级性,同时表明与其他因素相比,该调查中的消费者并不那么在意移动健康管理服务的信息隐私和易用性。研究有助于理解移动健康环境下的用户认知和行为,同时对移动健康服务的实践具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] as a new health service model, it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of mobile health management service usage willingness in the Health 2.0 era. [Methods based on the review of the adoption of mobile health management services and health information systems, an inclusive technology innovation was constructed from the perspective of innovation diffusion. A model of willingness to use mobile health management services at three levels of social impact and individual trait is proposed and empirical tests are made on the models and hypotheses by means of questionnaires and structural equation models. [Results / conclusion] the results showed that: technology, social and individual levels all had significant effects on the willingness to use mobile health management services; According to the degree of influence, the order is compatibility, individual innovation, social norms, comparative advantage and self-efficacy; Ease of use and privacy concerns do not have a significant impact on the willingness to use mobile health management services, indicating that the current mobile health management services are simple and primary, and that compared with other factors. Consumers in the survey were less concerned about the privacy and ease of use of mobile health management services. The study helped to understand users' perceptions and behaviors in mobile health environments. At the same time, it has certain guiding significance to the practice of mobile health service.
