【摘要】：构建并实现西南民族档案资源的集成管理是时代的诉求,也是历史发展的必然。其最终目标就是依据国家统一的业务规则和数据标准,构建西南民族档案资源集成管理的开放平台,让人们共享西南民族档案资源。这是一项伟大的系统工程,既要从长计议,又必须抓住当下有利的发展机遇,尽快在总体谋划的基础上有策略的着力推进。
[Abstract]:It is the demand of the times and the necessity of historical development to construct and realize the integrated management of the national archives resources in southwest China. The ultimate goal is based on the unified business rules and data standards of the country. It is a great systematic project to construct an open platform for the integrated management of the southwest national archives resources and to let people share the southwest national archives resources. This is a great systematic project, which should not only be discussed in the long run, but also seize the current favorable opportunities for development. As soon as possible in the overall planning on the basis of strategic efforts to promote.
