新西兰公立大学图书馆的少数族裔服务策略

【摘要】:文章以新西兰8所公立大学图书馆最新的战略规划为研究对象,应用QRSNVivo 10.0质性分析软件对规划文本进行编码和分析,总结和归纳各规划中关于《怀唐伊条约》的遵守、民族平等的追求、服务多元化的支持、少数族裔员工的雇佣与发展、少数族裔资源建设和空间保障、少数族裔社区参与等少数族裔服务策略和规定,以期为我国图书馆少数民族用户服务提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the latest strategic planning of eight public university libraries in New Zealand as the research object, uses QRSNVivo 10.0 qualitative analysis software to code and analyze the planning text, summarizes and sums up the compliance of the Treaty of Waitangi in each program.The pursuit of national equality, the support of service diversity, the employment and development of minority employees, the construction of minority resources and space security, the participation of minority communities and other minority service strategies and regulations,In order to provide reference and reference for the service of minority users in library of our country.
