中国导航模板数字骨科技术文献计量学分析

【摘要】:背景:随着数字骨科学的蓬勃发展,导航模板技术目前在骨科领域的应用越来越广泛,但尚未有从文献计量学角度分析国内导航模板数字骨科技术研究现状的文献报道。目的:基于文献计量学分析,了解导航模板技术在国内骨科领域的应用现状,探讨其发展趋势和研究热点,为国内数字骨科学的发展提供文献计量学依据。方法:以"导航模板相关关键词AND骨科学主题词"为检索策略,机检CBMdisc、CNKI、CSPD、CMCI等数据库,同时手检2016年骨科专业主要核心期刊(检索截止日期为2016-12-01),全文浏览并筛选命中文献,对最终纳入的论文进行文献计量学分析。结果与结论:(1)国内最早报道导航模板数字骨科技术的文章发表于2008年,9年间共发表相关论文199篇,2009至2014年每年均产出十余篇文献,2015,2016年则进入快速增长期;(2)文献主要发表在骨科专业杂志以及与数字骨科学密切相关的生物医学工程、基础医学、数字医学等专业期刊上;国内核心科技期刊为该主题贡献了86.9%的论文;《中华创伤骨科杂志》、《中华骨科杂志》、《中国组织工程研究》等杂志是发表该主题的重要期刊;(3)论文合著率为99.5%,合著度为6.15,张元智、丁焕文、陆声、陈玉兵、胡勇、黄轩、郑朋飞等为该主题的高产作者,核心作者发表文献占论文总数的53.8%,表明其核心作者群正在形成中;所有论文的第一作者均来自医院和大学院校,成都军区昆明总医院、广州军区广州总医院、内蒙古医学院附属医院、华南理工大学是发文最多的机构;而两个机构以上合作产出的文献占54.8%,提示在大学科研单位的积极参与和强有力支持下,该主题研究科研力量雄厚,发展势头强劲。59.3%的论文获得基金资助,国家级、省部级基金占基金总数(239项)的64.0%,57.6%的基金文章为两项以上基金资助,提示该主题文献具有较高的研究水平和学术价值;(4)共被引763次,陆声、陈玉兵、张元智为高被引作者,成都军区昆明总医院、广州军区广州总医院、南方医科大学南方医院为高被引机构,《中华创伤骨科杂志》为高被引杂志;(5)主题分析结果表明,在模板设计制作及尸体标本研究的基础上,国内学者将导航模板技术应用于脊柱外科(尤其是颈椎外科)、创伤骨科、关节外科、骨肿瘤科、小儿骨科等各个领域,在辅助螺钉置钉、引导截骨矫形、辅助肿瘤精确切除与功能重建等方面进行了有益的尝试,取得了满意效果,但未有多中心大样本长期随访报道。
[Abstract]:Background: with the rapid development of digital bone science, navigation template technology is now applied in the Department of orthopedics area more widely, but there is no analysis of the current situation of the domestic digital navigation template Department of orthopedics technology research from the perspective of bibliometrics reported. Objective: bibliometric analysis based on understanding the application of navigation template technology in the domestic field of Department of orthopedics. To explore the development trend and research focus, to provide scientific basis for the development of the domestic digital bone science bibliometrics. Methods: to navigation template related keywords AND bone science Thesaurus "as the retrieval strategy, computer retrieval CBMdisc, CNKI, CSPD, CMCI database, and hand inspection main core professional journals (2016 Department of orthopedics retrieval deadline 2016-12-01), the browsing and screening of hit documents, finally included papers on bibliometric analysis. Results and conclusion: (1) the earliest reported digital navigation template Department of orthopedics technology published in 2008, 9 years a total of 199 papers were published from 2009 to 2014, annual output more than ten papers, 20152016 years will enter a period of rapid growth; (2) the main literature published in professional magazines and the Department of orthopedics is closely related to digital bone Science Biomedical Engineering, basic medicine, digital medicine journal; Chinese core journals contributed 86.9% papers to the theme of Chinese Journal of trauma department of Orthopedics; < >, < < > Department of orthopedics, China tissue engineering research magazine published important journals on the subject; (3) the co authored rate is 99.5%, CO is 6.15, Zhang Yuanzhi, Ding Huanwen, Lu Chen Yubing, Hu Yong, Huang Xuan, and Zheng Pengfei as the theme authors, core authors of published literature papers accounted for 53.8% of the total, show that the core author groups are formed; the first author of all papers were from the hospital and Institute of Genenral Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Area, Chengdu military general hospital, Kunming Hospital Affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical College, South China University of Technology published the most institutions; and two institutions above cooperation output accounted for 54.8% of that in the literature, and actively participate in the university scientific research units and strong support, the theme of scientific research strength, the strong momentum of development of.59.3% paper won fund supported by national, provincial fund funds accounted for the total (239) 64%, 57.6% of the fund for the funding of more than two funds, suggesting that the theme of literature has a high research level and academic value; (4) a total of 763 citations, Lu Chen Yubing, Zhang Yuanzhi sound, high cited authors, Genenral Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Area the General Hospital of Chengdu military region, Kunming, Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University for the highly cited institutions, "Chinese Journal of trauma department of orthopedics" as the highly cited journal; (5) the theme analysis result Ming, based on template design and cadaveric studies, domestic scholars apply technology of navigation template for spinal surgery (especially cervical surgery), joint surgery, trauma department of orthopedics, Department of bone tumor, all areas of the pediatric department of orthopedics, in the auxiliary screw, guide the osteotomy, and made a beneficial attempt functional reconstruction of the precise excision of tumor, and achieved satisfactory results, but there is no multi center large sample and long-term follow-up reports.
