图书馆服务功能IT消费化的用户采纳意愿分析——基于使用特性、用户特性和系统特性的分析视角

【摘要】:本文旨在从使用特性、用户特性和系统特性的分析视角探究图书馆服务功能IT消费化的用户采纳意愿,对于构建个性化、移动化、智能化的数字图书馆具有积极意义。通过整合感知控制理论、个体创新性理论、自我效能感以及技术接受模型提出研究假设并建立理论模型。以中部地区8所高校图书馆的师生用户为实证研究样本,以情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式获取361份有效数据,并采用结构方程模型的方法展开分析。结果显示,感知控制能正向影响感知便利性、感知易用性和感知有用性;感知自我效能正向影响感知控制和感知便利性,个体创新性正向影响感知控制和感知有用性;感知易用性对感知便利性和感知有用性均有正向促进作用,感知便利性和感知有用性均能正向影响采纳意愿,而感知易用性不影响采纳意愿。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to explore the user's willingness to adopt the library service function from the point of view of using characteristic, user characteristic and system characteristic, which is of positive significance to the construction of individualized, mobile and intelligent digital library. Through the integration of perception control theory, individual innovation theory, self-efficacy and technology acceptance model, the research hypothesis is put forward and the theoretical model is established. Taking the teachers and students of 8 university libraries in the central region as an empirical research sample, 361 valid data were obtained by situational experiment combined with questionnaire interview, and the structural equation model was used to carry out the analysis. The results show that perceptual control can positively affect perceived convenience, perceived usability and perceived usefulness, perceived self-efficacy positively affects perceptual control and perceived convenience, and individual innovation positively affects perceptual control and perceived usefulness. Perceived usability has a positive effect on both perceived convenience and perceived usefulness. Both perceived convenience and perceived usefulness can positively affect the willingness to adopt, while perceived usability does not affect the willingness to adopt.
