智慧档案馆研究之“智慧”缺失

【摘要】：当前智慧档案馆研究虽如火如荼地进行,但尚处于研究起步期,仍只是档案界的一种学术期待。也正因为如此,智慧档案馆研究才存在"智慧"缺失的问题,诸如缺乏顶层设计、定位模糊、重技术轻根基、主体导向不明确和急功近利等都是值得我们警惕的。只有充分认识这种"智慧"缺失及其原因,才能从根本上弥补之、解决之,使智慧档案馆研究不再偏离正常轨道。
[Abstract]:Although the research of intellectual archives is in full swing, it is still in the initial stage of research, and it is still a kind of academic expectation of archival circles. Because of this, the lack of wisdom in the research of intelligent archives, such as the lack of top-level design, fuzzy positioning, emphasis on technology, lack of clear subject orientation and immediate benefits are worthy of our vigilance. Only by fully understanding this "wisdom" deficiency and its causes, can we make up for it fundamentally, solve it, and make the research of wisdom archives no longer deviate from the normal track.
