【摘要】：正实物档案具有直观性、载体多样、形状多样等特点,是直接反映企业经营业绩、社会声誉、商务诚信等的凭证性载体,能直观、生动、形象地再现企业的发展历史和重要时刻、重大突破、重要的人和事,可以有效地激发起人们对企业的认同感,是企业重要的无形资产。存在难题实物档案因其自身特点,一些单位对该部分档案尚未进行数字化,部分单位仅简单地进行拍照,但不能直观反映实物档案的真实情况。部分实物档案经过长期保
