私人档案概念释义、鉴定与管理研究——从蒋百里史料捐赠谈起

【摘要】：正2015年9月,著名军事学家蒋百里的史料捐赠仪式在浙江大学举行,蒋百里外孙钱永刚先生将蒋百里先生最有代表性的军事著作《国防论》部分手稿赠予浙江大学。这一慷慨捐赠之举,使蒋百里的思想文化遗产从"藏于深闺"的私人档案走进了公共视域,成为馆藏档案,面向公众开放利用。私人档案,是一个国家、民族和社会的历史记忆的一部分,尤其是名人档案,具有较高价值,而这些价值的实现,将伴随着社会的发展和历史延续。
[Abstract]:In September 2015, the famous military scientist Jiang Baili's historical data donation ceremony was held at Zhejiang University. Mr. Qian Yonggang, the grandson of Jiang, gave some manuscripts of his most representative military work, "on National Defense", to Zhejiang University. This generous donation made Jiang Baili's ideological and cultural heritage from the "hidden in boudoir" private file into the public horizon, as a collection of archives, open to the public use. Private archives, which are a part of the historical memory of a country, a nation and a society, especially the celebrity archives, have higher values, and the realization of these values will be accompanied by the development and historical continuation of the society.
