市场化条件下我国天然气竞争情报系统的构建

【摘要】:天然气竞争情报不仅是天然气全产业链企业生产经营活动和管理创新的动力来源,而且也是不断提升决策管理效率与效能水平的标志。在大数据时代,能源市场处于创新驱动发展、产业结构调整、供给侧改革以及商业模式变革探索期,市场竞争日趋激烈,我国的天然气骨干企业迫切需要建立竞争情报系统,以适应市场化发展的要求。为此,提出了构建由天然气竞争情报战略与规划、竞争情报智能化网络、竞争情报核心业务、竞争情报决策支持、竞争情报应用平台、竞争情报绩效考评等6个子系统组成的天然气竞争情报系统的设想。进而对我国天然气骨干企业的情报系统发展提出建议:①重视竞争情报工作组织网络与工作机制建设,适应竞争性能源市场发展的需要;②加强决策支持技术研发与集成,适应"互联网+"和智慧能源的发展需要;③加强天然气竞争情报与大数据管理制度基础建设;④强化竞争情报人才与激励机制建设。

For this reason, the paper puts forward the construction of competitive intelligence strategy and planning, intelligent network, core business, decision support and application platform of competitive intelligence. Competitive intelligence performance evaluation and other six subsystems of natural gas competitive intelligence system. Furthermore, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the information system of the natural gas backbone enterprises in China. 1. He attaches importance to the construction of the organization network and the working mechanism of the competitive intelligence work, so as to meet the needs of the development of the competitive energy market. To meet the needs of the development of "Internet" and intelligent energy, we should strengthen the construction of natural gas competitive intelligence and big data management system and strengthen the construction of competitive intelligence talents and incentive mechanism.
