【摘要】：曹继华创建的位于山东省沂南县曹家小河村的小河图书馆,作为公民参与公共文化服务体系建设的一个重大实践,为农村文化建设探索出了新路。但小河图书馆的发展也面临一些困境,需要政府、社会以及民间图书馆形成合力来加以解决。
[Abstract]:As an important practice of citizen's participation in the construction of public cultural service system, Cao Jihua's small river library, located in Caojia Xiaohe Village, Yinan County, Shandong Province, has explored a new way for the construction of rural culture. However, the development of small river libraries also faces some difficulties, which need to be solved by government, society and folk libraries.
