国外图书馆标准规范体系研究——以美国及日本为例

【摘要】：利用文献调查法和网络调查法,对当前美国和日本两国图书馆标准规范体系进行调查及梳理。通过具体分析其管理主体、设计流程、内容结构,总结两国在图书馆标准规范体系建立方面的特点,并结合国外先进经验,提出我国在建设图书馆标准规范体系的过程中,应注意推动行业协会发挥作用、保证标准规范针对性和加强标准的推广应用。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature survey and network investigation, this paper investigates and combs the library standard and norm system of the United States and Japan. By analyzing the main body of management, designing process, content structure, summarizing the characteristics of the establishment of library standard and norm system between the two countries, and combining with the advanced experience of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the process of constructing library standard system in our country. Attention should be paid to promoting the role of trade associations, ensuring the pertinence of standards and strengthening the popularization and application of standards.
