抚松县文化信息资源共享工程建设情况调查分析

【摘要】：文章从理论和实践角度出发,对抚松县文化共享工程组织机构、服务网点及设施、经费投入、运营管理、数字资源建设、服务开展情况、取得的效益等方面情况进行调查,针对存在的问题提出创新机制、引进人才,出台政策、加大保障,优化资源配置、提高资源适用性,区域协作、共建共享等建议。
[Abstract]:From the angle of theory and practice, this paper investigates the organization, service network and facilities, fund input, operation management, digital resource construction, service development and benefits obtained in Fusong County Cultural sharing Project. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as innovative mechanism, introducing talents, issuing policies, increasing the guarantee, optimizing the allocation of resources, improving the applicability of resources, regional cooperation, co-construction and sharing, etc.
