基于层次分析法的高校图书馆学科服务评价研究

【摘要】:学科服务是以学科馆员为主体,以图书馆的文献信息资源和网络数据资源为依托,以学科服务平台为桥梁,以用户需求为中心,从学科的角度,向教学和科研领域的师生用户提供专业化、个性化的知识服务。学科服务与传统的图书馆信息咨询服务不同,它不仅仅是用户的信息提供者,还参与用户的教学和科研工作,嵌入到培养计划、课程制定、学术跟踪、课题分析、文献检索、成果申报等服务工作中,协助师生更好地进行教学科研工作。当今时代,高校图书馆最主要的工作就是开展好学科服务工作,为高校的师生用户提供需要的信息保障,由此为学校的教学和科研工作保驾护航,从而提高高校图书馆的服务质量和服务水平,确保图书馆在信息传播中不可替代的地位,提高用户对图书馆的认知度和肯定度。随着信息社会的到来,学科服务建设逐渐成为高校图书馆发展的标准,因此这项工作目前正在各大高校如火如荼的进行着。可是因为目前很多大学对图书馆所开展的学科服务工作的认识定位和资源投入的不同,导致许多大学的学科服务建设工作还处在试探过程中,所呈现出的服务水平及质量效果均出现很大差距,由此造成全国高校图书馆的学科服务工作整体现状不一致。针对国内高校图书馆的学科服务建设工作方面出现的种种问题,非常有必要构建一套综合的学科服务评价体系,对其进行科学的评价,从而有针对性的改进不足,促进高校图书馆学科服务工作的持续长效发展。本文通过文献调查与网络调查的方式,了解关于高校图书馆学科服务工作的研究发展现状,然后向专家发放问卷征求意见,并且结合了有关的数据结果与学术成果,构建了一套关于高校图书馆学科服务工作的评价指标体系;然后通过层次分析法分别获得指标体系中各指标的对应权重,从而得出基于层次分析法的高校图书馆学科服务的评价模型;最后,通过构建出的评价模型分别对上海交通大学、中国科学技术大学和华中师范大学的图书馆学科服务工作进行评价研究,采用调查问卷的形式搜集用户的评分,并比较分析三所高校的数据结果,指出不足,有针对性的提出改进建议,促进高校图书馆学科服务工作更好开展。本文主要从七个部分展开对高校图书馆学科服务的评价研究:第一部分是引言,主要介绍了论文的研究背景与研究意义,研究内容与方法,以及研究创新点。第二部分,主要介绍论文的相关概念,包括学科服务的概念和层次分析法的原理,其次阐述了国内外关于学科服务以及学科服务评价的研究现状。第三部分,主要是关于高校图书馆学科服务评价指标的构建,结合文献调查与专家调查,综合相关研究成果,构建出合理的高校图书馆学科服务评价指标体系,包括4个一级指标,20个二级指标。第四部分,主要是确定各项评价指标的权重,首先利用层次分析法构造判断矩阵,计算特征向量、最大特征值,并进行一致性检验,确定各指标的权重向量,最后得出整个指标体系的合成权重。第五部分,主要是案例评价,利用层次分析法,根据构建的高校图书馆学科服务评价指标体系,分别对上海交通大学、中国科学技术大学和华中师范大学图书馆的学科服务工作进行评价,并对结果进行分析比较。第六部分,主要是针对上文出现的问题,提出相关的高校图书馆学科服务建设改进建议。第七部分是结语,主要是对全文进行总结,分析基于层次分析法对高校图书馆学科服务进行评价的成果和不足,并提出对本研究的展望。本文的创新点,一是提出了较为综合的评价指标体系,分别从学科馆员建设、学科平台建设、学科资源建设、学科制度建设这四个方面来构建高校图书馆学科服务的评价指标,从整体的角度,能更系统更全面的评价高校图书馆学科服务实施的情况;二是采用定性定量相结合的研究方法,结合文献调查、专家调查法与层次分析法,能更科学更准确地评价高校图书馆学科服务的质量和效果。随着信息环境的快速发展,高校图书馆学科服务工作将面临不断的挑战与机遇,我们应该以此为契机,不断完善学科制度建设,加快学科馆员、学科平台以及学科资源建设,努力做好图书馆的学科服务工作,为高校的教学和科研工作提供强有力的信息保障。
[Abstract]:Subject service is the subject of subject librarian, relying on the library's literature and information resources and network data resources, taking the service platform of the subject as the bridge, taking the user's demand as the center, providing professional and personalized knowledge service to the teachers and students in the field of teaching and scientific research from the point of view of the subject. Consulting service is different. It is not only the information provider of the users, but also the teaching and scientific research work of the users. It is embedded in the training plan, the course making, the academic tracking, the analysis of the subject, the literature retrieval and the application of the results. The main work of the university library is to help the teachers and students to do the teaching and scientific research work. It is to carry out a good subject service work, provide the information guarantee for the teachers and students of the University, thus protect the teaching and scientific research work of the school, thus improve the service quality and service level of the university library, ensure the irreplaceable position of the library in the information dissemination, and improve the user's recognition and affirmation of the library. With the arrival of the information society, the construction of the subject service has gradually become the standard of the development of the university library. Therefore, this work is being carried out in full swing in various universities. However, many universities have led to the academic service of many universities because of the differences in the knowledge and location of the subject service and the input of the resources. The work construction work is still in the trial process, and the service level and the quality effect present a big gap. Thus, the whole state of the subject service work of the National University Library is not consistent. It is very necessary to build a comprehensive set of problems in the field of the construction of the subject service of the domestic university libraries. The evaluation system of subject service has a scientific evaluation, so that there is a lack of pertinent improvement and promote the continuous and long-term development of the subject service of the university library. Through the literature survey and the network investigation, this paper understands the research and development status of the subject service work of the university library, and then issue the questionnaire to the experts. According to the relevant data results and academic achievements, a set of evaluation index system about the subject service of university library is constructed, and then the corresponding weight of each index in the index system is obtained by the analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation model of the academic service of University Library Based on the analytic hierarchy process is obtained. By constructing the evaluation model, the library subject service of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Science & Technology China and Huazhong Normal University is evaluated and studied. The questionnaire is used to collect users' scores, and the data results of the three universities are compared and analyzed. The subject service work of the university library is better carried out. This paper mainly studies the evaluation of the subject service of the University Library from seven parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and research significance, the research content and method, and the research innovation point. The second part mainly introduces the related concepts of the paper, including the study of the paper. The concept of science service and the principle of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), secondly the present situation of the research on subject service and the evaluation of subject service at home and abroad. The third part is mainly about the construction of the evaluation index of the subject service of the university library, combining with the literature survey and expert investigation, and combining the relevant research results to build a reasonable university library. The evaluation index system of the subject service includes 4 first level indexes and 20 two level indexes. The fourth part is mainly to determine the weight of each evaluation index. First, we use the analytic hierarchy process to construct the judgment matrix, calculate the characteristic vector and the maximum characteristic value, and make the consistency check, determine the weight vector of each index, and finally get the whole index system. The fifth part, mainly the case evaluation, using the analytic hierarchy process, according to the construction of the evaluation index system of university library subject service, appraise the subject service work of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Science & Technology China and Huazhong Normal University library respectively, and compare the results with the results. The sixth part, mainly In view of the problems presented above, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the discipline service construction of university libraries. The seventh part is the conclusion. It mainly summarizes the full text, analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the evaluation of the subject service of the University Library Based on the analytic hierarchy process, and puts forward the prospect of this research. The comprehensive evaluation index system, respectively from the discipline librarian construction, the discipline platform construction, the discipline resources construction, the discipline system construction in four aspects to construct the university library subject service evaluation index, from the overall point of view, can more systematically and comprehensively evaluate the implementation of the University Library Subject Service; the two is to adopt the qualitative determination. Combined with the research method of quantity, combined with literature survey, expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process, the quality and effect of university library subject service can be evaluated more scientifically and more accurately. With the rapid development of information environment, the subject service work of university library will face constant challenge and opportunity. We should take this opportunity and improve it continuously. The construction of discipline system, speed up the construction of subject librarians, subject platform and subject resources, make great efforts to serve the subject service of the library, and provide a strong information guarantee for the teaching and scientific research work of the University.
