【摘要】：本文以《公牍学史》作为研究对象,从时代需求、政治环境、学术氛围、思想基础和教育条件五个角度分析其成书背景;对书中"公牍乃临民治事之具""政事与学术、公牍与文章为一贯""治牍如治史"和"善治牍者要具备‘养耻’、‘去忍’之牍德"的治牍思想,"初为公牍要以学习性写作为主""思虑要周全""掌握用笔之法及谋篇布局之道""公牍一定要‘名正言顺’"的治牍技巧与方法进行解读;从研究对象、研究方法和时代性三个角度归纳该书的特色,从"注重学术史研究""注重文献田野"和"注重文书学、档案学创新性研究"三方面阐述该书对当代文书学、档案学研究的启示。
