秦翰才的档案学思想及其专业素养研究

【摘要】：丰富的个人实践经历和整个时代背景的影响,使秦翰才形成了自己的档案学思想,《档案科学管理法》作为其档案学思想的集中体现,反映了他超前的档案意识并对当代文书档案工作仍有很大的借鉴价值。而其档案学思想的形成与他个人所具备的素养是有密不可分的联系的,爱国敬业的情怀和信仰、丰富的文档实践经验和综合的业务素养是秦翰才档案学思想形成的重要条件,他在实践和学术成就中所体现出的这些优秀个人素养,对当代档案工作者素养的形成有很好的启发作用。
[Abstract]:Because of the rich personal experience and the influence of the whole era background, Qin Hancai formed his own archival thought, and the Archives Science Management Law was taken as the concentrated embodiment of his archival thought. It reflects his advanced archival consciousness and still has great reference value for contemporary clerical archival work. The formation of his archival thought is inextricably related to his personal accomplishment. Patriotic feelings and beliefs, rich practical experience in documents and comprehensive professional literacy are the important conditions for the formation of Qin Hancai's archival thought. These outstanding personal qualities embodied in his practice and academic achievements have a good enlightening effect on the formation of the modern archival workers' literacy.
