协同管理视角下高校电子文件管理研究

【摘要】：协同管理是推动高校电子文件管理发展的重要手段。本文指出高校电子文件协同管理存在缺乏一致性共识、存有衔接差距、整体规划不完善、制度有待深化等问题,从目标协同、技术协同、保障协同、流程协同和制度协同等五个方面,提出加强高校电子文件协同管理的对策。
[Abstract]:Collaborative management is an important means to promote the development of electronic document management in colleges and universities. This paper points out that there is a lack of consensus in the collaborative management of electronic documents in colleges and universities, and there are some problems, such as the convergence gap, the imperfect overall planning, the deepening of the system, and so on. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cooperative management of electronic documents in colleges and universities from five aspects: process coordination and system coordination.
