2016年国际开放获取期刊发展动态分析

【摘要】：全球开放获取(Open Access,OA)期刊的发展越来越受重视,持续关注全球OA期刊的进展可为我国OA期刊的发展提供参考和借鉴。本文对2016年全球重要OA期刊利益相关者,包括政府机构、资助机构、科研教育机构、出版商、国际组织、学会/协会等进行动态跟踪和扫描,整理并分析2016年全球OA期刊的最新发展趋势和热点问题。结果发现,2016年全球OA期刊繁荣发展,并得到多方利益相关者的支持和推动,同时OA期刊也面临一些质量问题和发展问题。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the development of Open access (OAA) journals in the world. Continuous attention to the progress of global OA periodicals can provide reference and reference for the development of OA periodicals in China. In this paper, stakeholders of major OA journals in 2016, including government agencies, funding institutions, scientific and educational institutions, publishers, international organizations, societies / associations, etc., are dynamically tracked and scanned. The latest trends and hot issues of 2016 global OA journals are summarized and analyzed. The results show that the global OA periodicals are prosperous and developed in 2016 with the support and promotion of multiple stakeholders. At the same time, OA journals also face some quality and development problems.
