腾讯门户网站目录分类体系的优化研究

【摘要】:随着现代信息通信技术的发展,网络信息资源呈现爆炸式增长的趋势。在有效地组织和管理这些信息资源方面,图书情报界应有所作为。截止目前,我国并未有一部统一的网络信息资源分类法,这就使得大多数的商业网站只能采用自编分类体系,但这些自编分类体系过于注重实用性,忽视了事物之间固有的逻辑系统,存在着类目划分的科学性不足、类目设置随意等一系列问题。因此,对国内综合性门户网站目录分类体系进行优化研究是很有意义的。本文以腾讯网为切入点,分析研究国内综合性门户网站目录分类体系的不足,并提出了优化措施。文章由六个部分组成,第一部分梳理了国内外关于网络信息资源分类的源流和主要观点,指出了本文的研究方法和创新点。第二部分深入介绍了当前腾讯网在网页界面与基本功能、类目结构与类目设置和类间关系与类目名称三方面的具体情况。第三部分在此分析的基础上,把腾讯网与其他三个典型的信息资源分类体系——传统文献分类法《中国图书馆分类法》(以下简称《中图法》)(第五版)、适合网络媒体使用的《中文新闻信息分类与代码》和同类综合性门户网站新浪网在使用对象、分类原则、标记规则及类目对照等四个方面进行比较研究。第四部分由此得出了腾讯网应采取的三项优化措施:在构建方面,使网页界面干净友好,其基本功能要齐全实用;在类目设置方面,做到划分均衡标准,兼顾大众与学术,类间关系要清晰得当,类名设置要科学灵活;在满足用户需求上,网站的标记符号应根据实际情况设置,可多设立相关的说明注释。第五部分以上述腾讯网的优化策略为基本依据,拟建了该网站以一级类目为例的目录分类体系大纲,并于第六部分作出了总结。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern information and communication technology, network information resources are increasing explosively. In the effective organization and management of these information resources, the library and information industry should do something. Up to now, our country does not have a unified classification of network information resources, which makes most commercial websites only adopt self-compiled classification system, but these self-compiled classification systems pay too much attention to practicability. The inherent logic system between things is ignored, and there are a series of problems, such as the lack of scientific classification and the random arrangement of categories and so on. Therefore, it is meaningful to optimize the classification system of domestic comprehensive portal websites. In this paper, QQ.com is taken as the starting point to analyze and study the shortcomings of domestic comprehensive portal directory classification system, and the optimization measures are put forward. This paper is composed of six parts. The first part combs the source and main viewpoints of the classification of network information resources at home and abroad, and points out the research methods and innovation points of this paper. The second part introduces the current QQ.com in the three aspects of the web interface and basic functions, category structure and category setting, and the relationship between classes and class names. The third part is based on this analysis, QQ.com and the other three typical classification systems of information resources, the traditional Chinese Library Classification (hereinafter referred to as "Chinese Library Classification") (Fifth Edition), are suitable for the classification of Chinese news information used by network media. With the code > and similar integrated portal Sina in use of the object, The classification principle, marking rules and category comparison were compared in four aspects. The fourth part draws the conclusion that QQ.com should take three optimization measures: in construction, make the page interface clean and friendly, its basic function should be complete and practical, in the aspect of category setting, achieve the balance standard, take into account the public and academic, The relationship between classes should be clear and appropriate, and the setting of class names should be scientific and flexible; in order to meet the needs of users, the marking symbols of websites should be set up according to the actual situation, and more explanatory notes could be set up. In the fifth part, based on the optimization strategy of the above QQ.com, the outline of the catalogue classification system for the first class category is proposed and summarized in the sixth part.
