图书馆场景服务的要素分析与内容实现

【摘要】：现在世界已进入场景时代,场景取代了信息入口,需求由场景而定,服务应场景而生。面对场景的时代,图书馆必须要实现场景服务,提高其服务水平。文章分析了场景服务的核心要素,确立了实现场景服务的主要途径:树立场景服务的新思维,构建高水平的服务场景,确立场景服务的基本架构,完成场景服务的重要内容。
[Abstract]:Now the world has entered the scene age, scene has replaced the information entry, the requirement is based on the scene, and the service is born according to the scene. Facing the era of scene, library must realize scene service and improve its service level. This paper analyzes the core elements of scene service, and establishes the main ways to realize scene service: setting up new thinking of scene service, constructing high level service scene, establishing the basic structure of scene service, and completing the important content of scene service.
